Old email address in profile
I used the Hyatt app this morning to make a reservation. When it came to the review reservation page, an email address that hasn't been used for over three years (former employer) was shown as my email address. I've had over a dozen Hyatt stays this year and have never encountered this issue as my correct email address was shown.
When I attempted to change the old email address in my profile to the correct email address, I receive an error message that the email address is already in use.
