I know of at least one professional IT consultant who recently offered to go to Chicago and fix the problems for 'em. But they probably don't think I'm serious about it.

I got done what I needed to get done...eventually...but it's clear that this website has major, major problems that most other top-tier travel brands aren't having in fifteen years into the 21st century.
Some of the error messages looked like things I would have generated myself when I was horsing around with web design in the late 90's.
Oh, and whenever I get an email from Hyatt with a link to log into my account, I always get the "forbidden" message. I always have to type in the Goldpassport.com URL into my browser. Not a huge deal, but still...it's amateur hour. Not a professional look.
