Only time I've been on the upper deck of a 747 was 1982 when I was 11, flying SQ DXB-SIN-LHR in coach. Some kids were bored in FC, and their parents (all Caucasians) walked around the cabin and invited my sister and I to go up front (lower deck) and play cards with them.

Then we were invited to visit the cockpit, and the pilot actually teased me, telling me we were going to Amsterdam. I argued with him, insisting, no, we were going to London Heathrow.

Come to think of it, I am surprised how good my English was back then, able to communicate with all these people.

LHR had serious fog that morning, and we circled around for an hour before touching down in almost zero visibility. Pretty memorable trip.

As for other 747 rides, here's my flight memory:

-400 passenger: 16 flights
-300 passenger: 7 flights
-300M mixed configuration: 2 flights
-200 passenger: 11 flights
-200M mixed configuration: 6 flights
-SP: 6 flights
-SR Japan domestic: 1 flight
-100 passenger: 2 flights

Only passenger type I've not flown on is the 744M. Not sure if they made a 741M or not.

---

Edit: I haven't been on a 744D or a 744ER either.

Thanks. You just reminded me to list my KL 74M flight as a separate Aircraft type from the 744.

Just an update to this...

The deal is officially dead and National has adjusted the price on reservations made with this coupon. The 2 reservations I made with this coupon have gone up in price (one of them by over $70) and I received no notification from National! :td:

My two rentals are still intact. One is $0.00 and the other is $0.47. Neither is really eligible anyways, but they are both still listed as valid on the website.

I was at a derivatives seminar today at the NYMEX and happen to have a friend that is a floor crude oil trader who got me access to the floor. It was a slow day in crude but it was an amazing place and definitely recommend going if you have the opportunity.

Man follows GPS direction and turns on rail road tracks.

The second segment features cops being called to a bar, where two UA polit were drunk, driving in their car, and mooning people.

I have seen the floor at CBOT and it was simply amazing to see!

Hello friends of the box. 30 hours and counting before I blow out of this assignment and back home for a bit, leveraging client coin for full fare and the big seat upstairs on the red tail. Staff seems to enjoy feeding me bottles of red wine - Hungarian wine is amazing, even the recent vintages - and my french technician just showed up with a sixer of budvar and a bottle of mescal. tomorrow will be tough, saturday will be a continuation of friday. The usual heavy bag debate should be a chuckle with the Malevians at oh dark thirty on saturday morning.

Mr. MBM3 your bag is very heavy

Yes it is

It is very heavy

Shall I help you move it?

I do not think we can take it

How much will it cost me for you to take it?

Ah yes, no problem. We prefer cash at that window.
