As for LIM, given my limited time on the ground. I'm going to stick to the Centro Historico, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site, and should have some excellent photo ops. I also plan to snag some fusion Asian/Andean/European food while I am there.
I wish, just once, there would be decent fares to MGA. Nicaragua is the only Central American country I have not visited. There were some decent-ish DL fares to MGA back in the February/March time-frame, IIRC. I almost pulled the trigger but I couldn't get my translator/brother away from finishing his dissertation. The good news is that he did finish and I'm off to see him get hooded this weekend. ^^ |
