BL JR was practicing snow angels on the floor yesterday. Trust me, she is hoping for big time snow in NE.

The forecast in Iowa is calling for some snow next week, so she might get lucky in NE! :)

I'm being too lazy to try to find the answer, but according to BMI's site, you can transfer AMEX MR points into your acct. I can't find anything on the Amex site.

Is this limited to UK residents or is there a secret handshake i need?

Well the eating right is still part of it. That study just found that money provided more of a motivation than anything else to get participants to do what they needed to do to lose the weight.

I am sure if co came out with some deal where we get bonus EQM's or ETC's we all would loose a quick 20 pounds. :D

Just finished my 35000 mile run without much internet, so I suppose I will have to spend the next week trying to catch up on missed posts.

You guys are so prolific! :D:D:D

Nah...I actually already lost my quick 20 this year. And I did it by NOT traveling so much. It seriously cut down on my alcohol intake and I dropped 15-20 in a hurry.
