The usual heavy bag debate should be a chuckle with the Malevians at oh dark thirty on saturday morning.

Mr. MBM3 your bag is very heavy

Yes it is

It is very heavy

Shall I help you move it?

I do not think we can take it

How much will it cost me for you to take it?

Ah yes, no problem. We prefer cash at that window.

:D

They need to invent cash that earns airline miles :D

Just an update to this...

The deal is officially dead and National has adjusted the price on reservations made with this coupon. The 2 reservations I made with this coupon have gone up in price (one of them by over $70) and I received no notification from National! :td:

I'm glad I didn't bother booking anything with that code. Really didn't matter to me anyway, since most of my work reservations for the rest of the year are already booked using the old "magic" code, and I'm not touching those. I have a few personal reservations I need to book, but I'll probably just redeem free days or weekend coupons for those anyway.

I had three reservations booked. Oh well. I guess I will get a hotwire car. I have never had a bad experience with them booking cars.

Guess who got a touchdown. :D

Yep, my son caught his first touchdown of his career this afternoon and ran/dragged himself into the end zone.

Too bad they lost 18-8.

Congrats (to him)!! Losing sucks, but getting a touchdown certainly will be a great memory for him. ^^

Thanks for all the well-wishes.

And, sfogate, congrats for your son on the touchdown. Sure, it sucks they lost, but hey... he made a great play! ^

Congrats on your son's accomplishments. I thought he'd be a kicker with his soccer background ^^:D

Good Morning Box... I just love the smell of Friday in the morning

JAN this weekend, and no travel next weekend (idiot friend decided his wedding should be in Houston). I don't think an ERJ to JAN will be enough to fend off the DTs for two weeks. I'm starting to get the shakes already.

I will be home this weekend and next as well. Nothing planned until the end of October, then I am away every weekend in Nov.

A wedding in Houston...well congrats to the wedding party...but not my first choice of locals. Then again I am going to Roanoke, VA for a wedding in Nov. But I get 4 flights that weekend so I am happy, and as I am with NWA the upgrades are a good shot as well

You're more than welcome to take my trip to MC:rolleyes: on my behalf.

EUA's on both legs secured.

No travel for me this weekend. In fact, I have no travel planned for the next 2 weeks (and, to top it off, my next 2 trips are out of PHL).

I think I'll be keeping a close eye on next weekend's specials.

EDIT: Yikes - I just realized I have not been on a plane in over 3 weeks! :td:

Leave your badge and gun on the desk. You are hereby suspended without pay for dereliction of duty. :D

I'm traveling...by car...to PHX. :(

Actually, it's supposed to cool down a little there (meaning low 90s) so it won't be quite so god awful.
