Combine Award & paid pricing
Would love to see award ticket info shown next to price you'd pay for the same ticket. Would save those of us who have to do itins with some paid, some award, a whole lot of time. This would also make it easier to figure out if you wanted to just buy the ticket outright instead of use miles.
As it is, you don't see the price in $$$ for an award ticket until you've selected both legs, which wastes a lot of time when the pricing is stratospheric (which is often is, if using a foreign carrier).

How do I book a mixed cabin RT on UA.com
Is there a way to book a mixed cabin RT on UA.com? FC out, and Steerage (economy) home, or vice versa? On the app this is really easy to do, but the only way I can do this on the web site is by doing an award booking and then converting it to a rev booking at the end, which does not show the pricing until the end.
Is there an easier way to do this on the new web site?

I want to search for an award from BKK to SYD (TG) UA new website says unable to process request...website problem or does UA not display awards on routes they do not fly their own metal?
Sorry not keeping up much these days since I have abandoned UA, but still a few miles to burn.

Racer - you may find that it is like going from SFO to Tahiti on an award. You need two: one from SFO to NZ, and another for NZ to Tahiti. BKK to SFO, SFO to SYD. ( Or LAX or whatever to the left coast.) I do not see any Star Alliance partners that fly from the BKK part of Asia directly to Sydney or NZ. Two awards. Betting on that.

I'll bet I'm not the only one who would like access to the old web site.

Odd seat display
Now, that was strange.
Just booked a trip in domestic First and when I got to seat selection one of legs, on a 737-800, showed the FC cabin as smaller than the rest of the aircraft (it was shorter and narrower than normal, looked like the side of the aircraft jinked in and back out again) , with white colored seats and a pop-up that said economy.
Anyway, went ahead and selected the seats and booked. Looked at the reservation after booking and all looked like it should have.
This was on top of several really odd things happening when trying to log in this morning. Took me about six attempts to get logged in properly. At one point I put in my MP number and password, hit Sign In and it went back to the login screen with my username in the MP number box. Weird.

My reservation got stuck on only letting me see the "accept changes" screen. Every time I pressed "continue," it just refreshed back to the same page. I had to call in to resolve this. Now, I tried to purchase additional miles and it errors out! Ugh!

Just booked PHL-ORD-LAX and LAX-DEN-PHL
Applied RPU to both during booking (only one cleared)
Checking my account after, it used up 5 RPUs.
Anyone see this issue before?
Called in, waited 30min on hold only to be told that MP is very busy but they have started working the issue so I dont need to stay on the line and can just check later. Mid-call, I saw one of my RPU's get returned but then disappear so they tried something but the only thing they managed to do was cause me to lose my seat assignments on my upgraded flights. Still waiting
Also, for some reason when paying, it would not give me the option to use an ECT
