Workaround for Login & "Were sorry, but united.com was unable to complete your request." Problems:
Close United tab, clear browser cache, and delete all United cookies. Instead of logging back in using the home page yellow tile, click on the "Reservations -> Change or view reservations" link, and then login using the "MileagePlus: Sign in or join" link on the upper right of the page.

Hi - could we start a new thread dedicated to just searching for award tickets on the new website?
- I assume at this point there is no method of finding direct flights not on the specific day being searched?
- I assume Aeroplan is the way to go for *A award inventory as well?
Please correct me if I'm wrong...

Just frustrating
Tying to work with existing reservation to view "change seat", "redeem upgrade", and similar functions. About 3/4 of time get the message below. Just consistency inconsistent

I noticed that mystatus.united.com no longer provides the option to check you YTD Chase spending for the PQD waiver.

It works for me. On the "My Account" page if I click on "View Premier Progress" it takes you to the "mystatus.united.com" website. There I click on "See Chase spending" and it shows it.

Interesting...I just see "You can also fulfill this requirement by using your MileagePlus co-branded Chase card." No link.

Silver now, but haven't even qualified for Silver yet thisyear. Though with 1 possibly two trips coming up I might be pretty close to the Gold PQM requirement and short of the PQD requirement. The last I checked the mystatus site about a month ago I was pretty close to the $25k threshold. If I am close enough I might pursue some MS'ing to go for Gold.

problem making online changes to award tickets
For the first time ever, I get continuous error messages when trying to make changes to award tickets.
This needs to get fixed. To get around these difficulties, I've had to get new award tickets issues and cancel old ones.

Yup, but how micro seems to be a function of the web browser used. In Chrome it's "eyes an inch from the monitor" micro for me; in Internet Explorer it's "wow, that's smaller than it should be" but still usable from a normal distance.
And it only seems to dramatically affect the upcoming reservations pane for me.

Probably a text size specified as a percentage in an element that nests.
ETA: there really should be a way to contact the United web team to report issues like this

Do yourself a favor and make sure your miles are getting redeposited. I and others have found increasing problems with auto-redeposit of cancelled award tickets.

Adding a Phone number for flight notification
I haven't been into the profile for a while. Trying to add my wife phone for flight notifications. Appears you can only have one number for notifications? Is this true?
The only option I see when adding a number is"Make this primary flight notification number"
