Workaround for Login & "Were sorry, but united.com was unable to complete your request." Problems:
Close United tab, clear browser cache, and delete all United cookies. Instead of logging back in using the home page yellow tile, click on the "Reservations -> Change or view reservations" link, and then login using the "MileagePlus: Sign in or join" link on the upper right of the page.

Is there a new change flights page that people are seeing? Because when I click on the "change flight" button within a reservation, I get sent to the same old change flights page.

I like the new website, except that it signs me out too quickly for my preference.
However, I have a continuing problem viewing my future reservations and seat assignments - almost always I get an error message. Have others had this problem or am I doing something wrong?
Thanks.

Up until about a week ago I had as many as 6 different reservations, including one to HKG, and didn't have any problems with seats or seeing flight. Plenty of other problems, but not with this.

My future reservations just disappeared but web support was able to fix it. Only required 3 calls and a few hours of wasted time on the phone with them.

New website, at least not the award search area where I spent at least 2 hours each day, is remarkably less-user friendly, harder to read, and much slower. On the last point, there is no debate. Going from date to date even with 250MBS down lags longer than the old .bomb.

It's also incredibly frustrating to attempt to change the terms of your search in any way (for revenue or award searches). In multiple different ways. It's just extremely user-unfriendly.

Last night the site was more wonky than usual for me:
1. Would not work for search for a B fare and want to apply a GPU, would only show lowest available fare
2. Tried again for just the B fare and no upgrade and the B fare was listed
3. When trying to see if upgrade was available, it did not have the usual available now (if R was available now) or the arrow which would say could waitlist.

11 segments limit on united.com
anyone found a way to deal with the 11 segments per reservation limit on united.com
I can access the 1st 11 segments of my reservation so I can not change my seat assignment without calling UA or my TA.

Assuming your TA didn't book it through UA.bomb (i.e. Sabre), he or she should be able to do the seat assignments. You could also call in. I have not gotten around this in the past (though I didn't know the limitation was at 11 segments).

Can't book to SFO-SGU
trying to book a flight from SFO-SGU (saint george, utah). Reverse also does not work, but award search does and can find it on ITA. SFO to other airports and other airports to SGU works. Bizarre.

Wow! That's really bad. It is definitely letting me pull inventory on Sabre X/DEN.
