Let's face it. UAInsider has taken all the PQMs and split for Rio.

I'm missing redeemable miles
I'm missing premier qualifying miles
I'm missing premier qualifying segments
I'm missing global upgrades
I'm missing regional upgrades
I'm missing lifetime miles
All around, a resounding success. It would be nice if United would acknowledge what a failure this has been. They can send me three e-mails a day pushing cruises (when I've never taken, nor intended to take a vacation on a floating hotel) but they can't send me a note to let me know "sorry we've totally messed this up, give us a few weeks and come back and we'll have fixed everything". Leaving issues like missing upgrades unaddressed for days is poor form. Don't worry though, it only impacts your most frequent flyers and will only be really frustrating to those who have trans-con or international tickets to book/upgrade. So, you know, take your time.

Minor website issue, but I didn't see it mentioned before. When viewing a reservation on the "View Current Reservation" page, the column for "Award Miles/Premier Qualifying*" shows inaccurate information once an upgrade has been applied. My B fare flights that have been upgraded to R show 100% earning instead of 150%. The earning data displayed in the table should be based on the booked fare code, not the cabin.

Has anyone successfully used a RPU on a PS flight post-3/3? UAL.com won't take them at the moment, and I just had two different agents pull GPUs (when RPUs were available) to do the same. Not sure why this is so hard...

Where do we report incorrect information?
The upgrade standby list has old Continental language - no reference to GS or 1K at all:
http://pss.united.com/web/en-US/cont...andby_FAQ.aspx
How are upgrades prioritized?
Customers standing by for upgrades are prioritized based on several factors, such as paid premium cabin customers versus complimentary Premier upgrades. When not already confirmed in the premium cabin, customers on paid premium cabin tickets are given top upgrade priority.
On flights that are eligible for complimentary Premier upgrades, United MileagePlus Premier members will be awarded in the following priority:
Premier members with full-fare (Y class) tickets, in Premier tier order
Premier members with full-fare (B class) tickets, in Premier tier order
Premier Platinum members in all other fare classes, in fare class order
Companions of Premier Platinum members
Premier Gold members in all other fare classes, in fare class order
Companions of Premier Gold members
Premier Silver in all other fare classes, in fare class order

My UA flights on 3/2 and 3/4 have not posted. On both old UA and CO systems, these flights would have posted by now.
UA Insider: When should I expect these flights to post?

Same issue here- all my PMUA qualifying miles disappeared overnight- there yesterday, gone today. On the plus side, my 3/1 United flight segment and miles showed up. No word on fixing this?
The funnier mistake was in my wife's account- her current itinerary list shows a cancelled flight to Thailand that she never booked in the first place (unless she was planning a secret escape to Thailand and would not admit it to me!)

UAInsider has already said there will be a delay in posting this week. Unless there is an immediate need (i.e. gets you from one tier to the next) I don't know why so many people have called this out. I know we all like to see our mileage balances increase, but geez give it a few days.

Well, I didn't see the post and UA has not posted anything as such on their site. I need the miles ASAP to book an international flight on low points.
Further I love how on Sunday the site said they were finished with the account integration. Then Monday AM it said they need 72 hours. And then Monday PM they changed it to "Later this week".
Also, many of my 25% Presidential Plus card miles have disappeared. Guess I should have saved my statements before 3/3.

On hold right now (over an hour) after the reservation agent realized she could not deal with the issue and has transferred me to...um...someone else. She wanted to use a GPU (obviously I refused this option) and tried to tell me it was a booking fare issue (fare is W). I'm perfectly happy to use miles for now if I can get someone to tell me they will redeposit the miles and take one of my RPUs once this issue has been resolved.

The latter is a known problem related to APOLLO TKT meaning "ticket" but in shares being an airport code in Thailand I think. See master thread.

I'm wondering though, is there a way to be waitlisted in case IN space opens up between now and the flight date on the DEN-PHL segment?...
So the question is: Is there a mechanism for such a waitlist? Seems as if it would be a good thing if it did it automatically, but I doubt it.

lap infant messing up seat changes
I have an award ticket booked for ORD-HKG coming up on 3/20 and have been trying to get better seats for my wife and I, and ever since the systems merge I can't change her seat as our infant is attached to her record. united.com says we have three seats (only two occupied of course as the infant is on our lap), and when I go to select new seats her new selection doesn't hold. I've tried various permutations (eg, selecting three seats for us, or clicking the same seat twice, etc) and get either error messages or, when I hit 'continue,' just have her seat revert to the old assignment.
I realize in the grand scheme of things this is a relatively minor issue, but as we're talking about a 14+ hr flight, it would be nice to get out of the middle seats we're in at present.
anyone else seen this? And yes, I realize we're somewhat insane to bring an infant on that flight.

It might have been better to bifurcate this thread into looking back (stuff transferring over correctly) versus issues with using site looking ahead (booking, managing seat assignments etc)
The former should be clear by the weekend if they are real professional organization. The latter may take time or in some cases never happen

I noticed that UA has now fixed several of the SkyTeam references on the new site.
I can still see them on my OP summary, based apparently off my most recent OP status (which was well after they'd left SkyTeam, BTW), but the couple of other locations I'd seen the references now say "Star Alliance" and use *A terminology as they should.
