I have logged into united everyday to see my status and milage balance but still nothing has transfered over. I was told it would take 48hrs after first log in but it has been 72. I cannot see any of my reservations (I fly this Thursday and don't know the details) and I am getting a bit concerned. Please help is there anything I can do?

according to who and why not? UA Insider indicated that Y/B/M fares would be eligible for upgrades on gov fares. I can tell you that the Y fares I am purchasing for travel are not cheap; should we also say that corporate contract fares should be excluded as well from Y/B/M upgrades for elites because it is essentially the same situation. I can take my business elsewhere if they don't extend some benefit for the purchase of a full fare (albeit somewhat negotiated); i have the option of purchasing a lower fare but they are definitely getting more money by offering the option to instant upgrade. It's not like this is TOD's...

That does raise a related question, though: does the MM spousal benefit extend only to your wedded spouse (e.g. does UA ask for a copy of marriage license under some circumstances), or can it be extended to spouse-like persons (civil partners, long-term relationship partners, etc.), like the RCC spouse membership used to be? (That did require extra paperwork IIRC.)

Same here, all my miles flow from 1/1/2012 to 3/3/2012 are gone. The segments however stayed.

ORD-LIH's suggestion is sounding more appealing each day... SkyPesos FTW?

Yup
It absolutely can be a "significant other" but must meet
certain criteria such as "same address"
Here is the quote from the official site
"Annual Companion Premier status"
"As a Million Miler you may invite your spouse or significant other to share your
current Premier status. This membership is non-transferable and will automatically
renew each year unless you let us know otherwise."

Right, but think about how big the government contract is and also figure in companies that negotiate contract rates that book into Y. It's not just gov't travelers who can jump the queue.

As others have noted - all PMUA PQM have disappeared, all PMCO PQM remain, and total PQS figure is correct, along with flights from 3/1 starting to appear.
But...if you go to "My Account" and then select from the "MileagePlus History" dropdown, the monthly totals are correct. Never hurts to have extra backups (am saving these, plus paper printouts of boarding passes, plus all ticket purchase receipts...ugh).

My mileage and PQM/PQS (all from PMUA) are still correct, but my entire account history and profile settings just disappeared. They were there an hour ago.

I heard a report on NPR this morning that fares are going up. I had not booked flights for my wife and myself for our son's college graduation last week or earlier this week because I feared the chaos of the merger. But I decided to make the reservations today and when I checked online and the fare from BWI to COS had gone up by over $60 rt. So it was time to book. I had two ecerts but wanted to book the two tickets on the same PNR. So I called web support and got United. Initially, I got the message that wait time was 60 minutes, but I held on for about 5 minutes and was speaking with someone. She said that the new system wouldn't let them do this. I asked for a supervisor and she said the same thing (but she did call me by name). Overall about 20 minutes on this part of the call, including questioning why I was trying to do this as a GM--I told her that I was a 1K and she said that she couldn't hear me and I spent another 5 minutes on hold while she found a way to get a better line.
I said that I was able to do this before by calling web support. So they transferred me to web support (another 5-6 minutes), which was the number I dialed in the first place. Went through a booking and ultimately it was done--two tickets booked with two e-certs on one PNR.
It wasn't quite so easy--I was on hold while they figured it out. The entire call took slightly less than two hours
