The system doesn't seem to recognize YTZ (Toronto City), which is served by AC.

Me too on reduced ORD-SFO miles and 2012 PMUA miles vanishing. I wonder if they're going back and retroactively applying the reduced miles to all of our 2012 flights?

Who knows what the heck is going on....and at this hour we're likely not going to know at a minimum until tomorrow morning.
I thought the migration was safe because it had already occurred. Now, the minute something posts post-migration, everything else goes away? Not good.
Sorry guys, I believe that United was unprepared for the migration. The hold times would not be occurring if it weren't for this (growing) list of problems.

What does this mean? A (GM) friend is trying to book JFK-SFO and seeing these messages ...

I had this problem today. On the website the other person on my reservation disappeared. When we went to kiosk to get boarding passes, we weren't able to print for both of us in. When he tried to use the kiosk in independently, the kiosk wouldn't recognize him (but thought it was his wife, also on our flight). Ended up waiting in line to talk to an agent. Good luck to you.
Next problem: reservations that had unconfirmed schedule changes have now gone back to "ticketed and confirmed", including one of mine where the connecting flight leaves EWR 3 1/2 hours before I arrive (why did the system do this in the first place?).

Status has changed since 3/3. And my EQM that were posted to my PMUA MP account are now gone, even though they were showing on 3/3.
Having good data get expunged is insane. What a dreck integration job.

Sorry to say but I agree. I was patient for the first two days, but to have *mounting* problems afterwards seems to indicate that the integration was poorly and unprofessionally executed.
During the migration, my EQM and RDM from PMUA came over as expected. Now to have 65K PQM just randomly disappear as one flight is credited. Bizarre.
Also, the reduced mileage thing is what's really getting me. I would truly like an answer on this, and if it is a glitch, how to go about getting credited the proper PQM/RDM for the flight.

I spent some time balancing my miles on Quicken on Sunday. It seemed that my UA flight last Monday is included in the total transferred from MP but not listed as a transaction.
Friday's flight home has not posted yet. Maybe when it is, I will also see some of the zero outs others are reporting (right now, things look OK on my account.
As far as the reduce miles....Since we are on CO's system, CO's mileage measurement applies. I guess someone high up has to make a decision whether to switch to the older UA measurement or stay with the CO.

As far as the reduce miles, I noticed this before the merger when I accidentally credited to CO instead of UA on one trip. Since we are on CO's system, CO's mileage measurement applies. I guess someone high up has to make a decision whether to switch to the older UA measurement or stay with the CO.

On CO, SFO-HNL was *always* 2,398. Not 2,393 as I earned this week. ORD-SFO was *always* 1,846, not 1,839 that I earned this week.
Mileage for everything went down - CO's metrics were not different from UA's pre merger.
I am no fan of $misek and all of this, but you can't blame the PMCO systems for this -- this reduced mileage appeared on SHARES post-3/3, not before it.

Again, people keep saying this, but it's just not the case.

Prior to the mass migration was it possible to 1) stand by for an earlier flight and 2) cancel your check in on line?

If it's a glitch, which my hunch tells me it most likely is, I sure hope the fix to post the correct mileage (in both PQM and RDM) is automatic..

I gotcha. Just wanted to make sure we were all on the same page. It's relatively easy since most of the negative "changes" came from the CO side ... I think this is just SHARES being SHARES.

My understanding is that there is a table in the system for the city pairs. Unless someone changed the table on 3/3...you would think that would be the last thing they wanted to touch with all other changes.

Even if UA were to make such a drastic change, they'd have a hard time explaining why everything was reduced by relatively the same amount percentage wise-or why they are choosing to make such a move.
I imagine we'll hear something about this very soon since miles have started posting, customers will notice the reduction

I noticed a similar problem. My PQM balance was correct post-migration except for a flight I took on 2/29, which hadn't posted pre-migration. Now that the 2/29 flight has posted, my PQM balance reflects only the 2/29 flight and not all the other UA flights I took this year. I'm not sure whether to wait and see if it gets fixed or whether I should call MP.
