Apologies if this has been raised in the preceding pages (didn't find it via search).
I'm traveling with my fiancee in March on an Intl F ticket made via PMUA last Fall, and while my information seemed to transfer smoothly to the new site, her ticket on the new site has fused her first name and middle initial. In the past, not having the ticketed name exactly match the name on the passport has been a problem. I checked my printout of the PMUA reservation, and her name was correct there.
Is this not a problem, or something that needs to be addressed w/ UA?

Made my first call post-merger to get my upgraded itinerary synched up. Was expecting to be on hold for a while, but was pleasantly surprised when call was picked up at 4 minute mark. Agent took care of ticket with a few key strokes and I was on my way - no complaints here.

When will we be able to submit for missing *A mileage credit?
FIL missing LX miles from mid-Feb. I know we unfortunately lost the great PMUA.com ability to submit requests online - now I don't even see the equivalent of the [email protected] email that used to be on this page:

You could use the "MP Service Center Contact Us form," so long as you're not a 1K since they've not yet added 1K to the list, and the site is "smart" enough to know your 1K status and rejects anything else you put.

Lost reservations?
My wife and I were originally on one reservation. At some point we appear to have been split (not at my request) -- we got boarding passes on Mar 2 with two different confirmation numbers. Now trying to check in for a flight on Mar 6 and she is gone -- my MileagePlus account shows my information, and hers shows mine too. Neither shows hers.
Now at 2 hours on the premier line trying to get her reservation back. Why is this taking so long?

A huge thank you to Shannon/UA Insider for keeping us all informed during the transition.
A bunch of errors on the new site worth pointing out:
1) The page about the airport upgrade standby list seems to be left over material about the old Continental program, and is thus riddled with errors:
http://united.com/web/en-US/content/...andby_FAQ.aspx
For example, there is no mention of 1K upgrades; I think the companion upgrade information is incorrect; and the page implies that SFO-HNL flights (or any other West Coast flights to HNL other than from LAX) are not eligible for CPU. There is also no exclusion of ps flights from CPU. Finally, there is a reference to no upgrades on award tickets, which is (a) not true for certain credit card holders, and (b) this same sentence appears twice with the text "delete extra space" inserted when it appears the second time.
2) As best I can tell, the upgrade mileage and co-pay information located at
http://united.com/web/en-US/apps/mil...27A9B20CDA7F12
is correct; however, if you click on the link at the top of that page to see the pdf chart listing all the mileage/co-pays in one place, it takes you to an outdated chart (with the Continental OnePass name) with all the old Continental info (e.g., no references to upgrading from Business to First, etc.)
3) If you want to look at the chart listing the Star Alliance Upgrade Award amounts from the following page:
http://united.com/web/en-US/content/...rade/saua.aspx
clicking on that link mistakenly takes you to the same OnePass chart referenced in #2 above.
4) Also related to Star Alliance Upgrade Awards, clicking on the link on this page entitled "Star Alliance Upgrade Awards":
https://pss.united.com/web/en-US/con...e/default.aspx
instead takes you to a page about Star Alliance benefits other than upgrade awards.
5) On this page:
http://united.com/web/en-US/content/...grade/mua.aspx
regarding the Premier co-pay waiver, the text reads:
"Non-Premier members are exempt from the co-pay when traveling on the same reservation as a Premier member or when sponsored using miles from a Premier members MileagePlus account. The co-pay will be charged for members sponsored by a Premier member who is not traveling on the same reservation."
Now it's late here so maybe I am just confused, but don't those last two sentences contradict each other about whether non-premieres sponsored by a Premier member but not on the same reservation will be charged a co-pay?
6) Very small issue -- on this page about Global Premier Upgrades:
http://united.com/web/en-US/content/...wupgrades.aspx
under the section entitled "Confirmation Priority", the second sentence references Regional Premier Upgrades when talking about the 24-hour cutoff. Obviously, this text was cut and pasted from the RPU page.
7) When you go to the "Flight Status Notification Subscription" section of your email settings, and ask for texts to be sent to your cell phone, it says "This feature is available to T-Mobile customers". I think this is a mistake, I am not T-Mobile and I am pretty sure I have gotten texts from CO before. Or is that just a plug for T-Mobile, since it doesn't expressly say other carriers aren't eligible?
8) On the following page about Mileage Plus awards generally:
https://pss.united.com/web/en-US/con...vel/types.aspx
there are several references to an "award fee chart" (for fees for ticketing less than 21 days, flight changes, redeposits, etc.) with a direct link to that chart, but clicking on the "award fee chart" link instead brings you to the outdated chart referenced in #2 above, which gives you only (incomplete) information about co-pays, and not about award fees.

Also, if I may, I had one other question: I have been trying to search for the LAX-MUC nonstop flight on LH, and the UA website no longer shows this flight. I am not sure if this is a website error, or if you have changed the particular LH flights on which you codeshare with LH, but in the past I have preferred to purchase this flight through ua.com and have been able to do so.
Thanks again for all of your hard work.

For the last three years I have placed all three names I have, First, Middle, Last, on all of my I. D. accounts, passports, Drivers licenses etc. per TSA. Now The new United cannot move my three names to my new MP account. The new United can only do a middle initial with the Shares system. I have many upcoming itineraries booked with three names. Will I get credit for the trips? The new MP account only has my first and last name. I asked MP on the phone to add the middle name. They agreed to add the middle initial, then just hung up, not making the change.
scorecard: Lost two Regional upgrades, a middle name, ability to check in online, ability to see if I am upgraded at 96 hours; and I hear the mantra, it could have been worse. Of course; and it could have been, and should have been better. We have a problem Houston!

Has the ability to stand-by for an earlier flight been removed from the check-in process?

It's funny because I can tell which BPs & reservations came from PMCO systems, which came from UA Web Support issuing the ticket, which came from phone res, and which came from me booking through UA.com, all by how my name appears.

Quick update question
Maybe this has been answered but I didn't see it in the 70 plus pages. I am a premier gold with united but when I log into the web site I still have no status and more importantly I can't see any of my reservations which start this week. Many idea of a time frame? Is there something I need to do?
Thanks
Thanks

You most likely will get credit with no problem. I've had both PMUA and PMCO put my name on my BP with and without M.I., middle name, suffix, "Mr.," etc. in several combinations over the past couple of years and have always gotten credit.

I think it just cleared on its own because there was < 30s between time I hit sent and I noticed the UG clearing.
So EUA worked for me, at approx. 70 hr mark.

Another issue (not sure if already reported)...
When I checked in (online) for the last leg of my SYD-TVC flights this morning (ORD-TVC flight), my seat was unexpectedly changed to the worst seat on the plane (in the very last row), instead of what I had originally selected.
During online checkin, I tried to change my seat to an open E+ exit row seat, but the system then said I would have to pay $29 (and it proceeded to ask for my credit card info), even though I am a 1K, and my online united account correctly listed me as a 1K.
This was extremely annoying, and obviously I did not pay, and was stuck with the last row seat (since there were no other seats left aside from 2 E+ seats). My online printed boarding pass did not list me as 1K on today's flight (even though it did eventually list me as a 1K on yesterday's SYD-LAX-ORD boarding passes).
Luckily, when I got to the airport, the exit row seat was still available, and the checkin desk agent was able to assign me the seat, and get the 1K to appear on my new boarding pass...
These issues are extremely frustrating, to say the least.
Yesterday, nobody (gate agents, united club staff) was able to manually add my name to the first class upgrade list for the LAX-ORD flight (#840), which was also ridiculous (especially since I was connecting from a ~13+ hour flight from Sydney)!!!! (they all tried, and said that they "knew how to do this on the old united system", but could not figure out how to do it on SHARES...)
