You most likely will get credit with no problem. I've had both PMUA and PMCO put my name on my BP with and without M.I., middle name, suffix, "Mr.," etc. in several combinations over the past couple of years and have always gotten credit.
It's funny because I can tell which BPs & reservations came from PMCO systems, which came from UA Web Support issuing the ticket, which came from phone res, and which came from me booking through UA.com, all by how my name appears.
