1. I can sign in using either my UA or CO password.

2. Missing one CR-1.

3. Assigned seats on certain future flights, but not all, are no longer showing.

Upgrades are a little math...challenged

My combined balances are showing now and earlier this morning my upgrade totals were correct - but now they're wrong!

Manual check-in nonsense yesterday and today boarding times much slower due to system problems. Online check-in problems last night and today for a bit but then it worked again during the daylight hours.

Could be worse.

Thank you Shannon for all your hard work ^^^ and I have one of the above mentioned "modifications" where I am waitlisted with an RPU (old CR1, right?) but my question is in regard to the actual itinerary...

When looking at the itinerary page there is a link to upgrade my flight and here is the text copied from that....

Yes, it seems like GPUs and RPUs were deducted twice from my account for itineraries in the future. This includes itineraries where the upgrade is confirmed, where the upgrade is waitlisted, and sponsored itineraries.

I am in this situation (I think) my flight leaves Tues night so I am within the window. I called and ended up in the Philippines and was told "I am not on the waitlist and I cannot add you because there are already too many people on the waitlist". I am 1K I should jump a lot higher than many/most. I was on the waitlist until last night and now I'm told "I did my best but can't do it". Gotta love an answer like that after 45 minutes and I can't get a US representative.

RPU Calculator incorrect and Records with Infants messed up

RPU's summary show incorrect number, but clicking the RPU list in summary SHOWS correct number in breakdown

Itins from UA's system that had Infant Records are hosed. Have an Itin with 3 pax + 1 infant. The infant info is now concated into MY name and the infant name on the record is showing last name and birthdate of infant.

Same for GPUs. It looks like RPUs/GPUs were deducted twice for future itineraries (whether or not the upgrade was confirmed or waitlisted, and whether or not the upgrade it for yourself or someone else).

I was great when I made it in, but my GPU balance dropped from the proper one (3) to none (0) on subsequent login. I'm keeping chill, but figured I'd report it.
