Go into your account, and there's an option to print your new card. Its right there.

Depends the scenario. If you are waitlisted for ON instead of R inventory on a domestic 2-cabin flight, there's a problem, it sounds like.

Nothing major to report but the iphone app atleast is not properly showing upgrade/standby list for regional 2 class flights

Upgrades disappeared

All of my awards, miles, info transferred over correctly. However, I just tried to apply upgrades to a future reservation. I clicked "redeem upgrade" in the reservation, and the system took me to a different reservation.

I clicked "cancel" and was brought back to home screen. The system deducted 2 GPUs from my account anyway.

Neither the reservation I intended to upgrade nor the reservation I was brought to in error was upgraded. I cannot see where the upgrades went. On hold for 40 minutes.

Has anyone else had issues with GPUs disappearing today?

Minor issue so far:

All of my itineraries that are upgraded to "United First" on PMUA planes (two cabin domestic aircraft) are showing ON instead of R.

ON is supposed to be Global/Business First
Whereas R is supposed to be First/Business (domestic two-cabin aircraft)

For the segments upgraded to "United First" on PMCO planes (two cabin domestic aircraft), these are correctly showing R.

Price change on ticketed res

Looking at a ticket purchased in early Feb. for a total price of $849...

The reservation page now shows a total price of $1100.
The eTicket page now shows duplicate segments in a different fare class (each segment is shown twice) and the price is:
eTicket Total: 849.00USD
The airfare you paid on this itinerary totals: 270.00 USD
The taxes, fees, and surcharges paid total: 1,158.00 USD
It'd be nice if the new fare class would stick (SWU eligible).

Not so minor if you have a waitlisted upgrade for "ON" inventory that will never exist on a 2-cabin plane. Meanwhile, the Rs are snatched up!

OK - I know it is the first day but my seats are gone for all my international trips booked. Not only are they gone, I can no longer reserve economy plus seats - just economy. I tried calling the 1K desk but my estimated wait time is more than 60 minutes and it just hangs up.

I hope United is planning on issuing full refunds for non-refundable tickets they screw up.

Help Shanon !!!

I would like to share my situation here

1) RDM seems fine, but original ua side RDM already transfered to co side before merger.
2) no updated EQM and lifetime mileage
3) 2 identical one way itinerary poped up under my account that obviously doesn't belong to me. It comes with 2 reservation entry with different PNR each.

FWIW-When I first logged in this morning much of my personal information was incomplete (total miles, eqms, etc.). I then logged out, waited and hour or so and when I logged back in everything was there and it was all accurate. Others may want to try this to see if it works with their accounts.

UPDATE: two SWUs (GPUs) have disappeared. Fortunately I kept a screen shot of my UA upgrade account and will deal with this when things settle down.
