One thing I like: the historical account summary has much more useful information on it than did the PMUA one, *and* two years of past history are available (vs. the one from PMUA). ^
Now, the only thing I don't get is how the site picks up all that historical activity, gets the PQM/PQS right, then doesn't credit them to my current account--but that sounds like it is a fairly common problem and one which should resolve within 24 hours or so.

ASE was a zoo
Got to ASE 2 1/2 hours early which was a good thing. Even though it is over-staffed, the lines are out the door. It is taking 10-15 minutes per person. I did OLC yesterday. To check-in my bags, they had to un-check me, re-check me in, and then add the bags. It took 20-minutes to accomplish this. I recommend getting to the airport early even if you have already did OLC. For some reason, they are redoing all the boarding passes for everyone who did OLC.

Non-upgrade reward res: "A modification has been made. Please contact United..."
Hey all,
I've PM'ed UA Insider, but wanted to add to the list in case anyone else notices the same thing.
I have an upcoming reward reservation-- all in Economy, and no upgrades waitlisted-- and it's showing the "A modification has been made..." message.
I have some waitlisted segments (also in Economy), so that may be part of the problem. The first leg of the trip is on a partner (US Airways), so that may be part of the problem. Also interesting: the last confirmed segment in the reservation has been dropped.

New issue I just saw - no Upgrade Waitlist tab shown for UA920 this morning.

I was searching for a business Saver Pass reward ticket with a connection to a partner airline in PEK. The list of reward flight availabiity no longer shows whether an itinerary is business on all segments, or is a mixed class itinerary, as CO site formerly showed.

To add to the list of "things to do" for UA web support: some *A and non-*A partners are not showing how many miles you earn for what booking classes.

Mess at IAD. Long lines; all seat assignments were trashed and now a fam of 4 are all split up (including a 5 year old). UA 991 Equip swap and now they cannot get headcount set. Been sitting in the box for 30 minutes ( they said it would take 4 to 5).

So far I have three issues with my account, but each of them seems to be similar as those already reported here.
UA EQM and RDM did not transfer
Lost seat assignments
Upgrade balances are correct, but activity is listing several as redeemed this week
Given the potential for major integrations issues, I think UACO did a pretty good job thus far.
Thankfully I returned home yesterday-good luck to all those traveling this weekend

In the SEA B gates UC now.. the checkin lobby was a zoo for non elites, and even long lines for Golds & below. But the 1K and GS lines were empty..went right to the front...agent told me not to bother with the kiosk as they're having to reissue so many tix it's not worth it to try. She said she can only imagine what ORD is like this morning. I had already called to have my ticket reissued so I was easy.. checked a bag and off I went.

Biggest issue thus far is that I have several reservations with applied CR1s waitlisted for NF on 2-cabin planes. These have mapped to waitlisted for ON, which I understand is only for 3 cabin first. None of the flights have any R inventory, so I'm not going to call in yet, but I am skeptical they are going to clear as-is.

1. My Mileageplus Summary shows only CO activity and nothing from UA (balance down from about 480K to 35K!, no EQM info). However, on Most Recent Account Activity, the number is correct for UA RDM balance. I printed that page.
2. Upcoming itineraries are there. Seat assignments on separate page is weird.
3. Still have to write in by snail mail for missed credit for *A flights (expected)
4. Changes to account profile don't seem to stick. Will wait a few days to try to change again. Definitely opted out from being contacted by phone about offers.
I'm sure there are more ...

Also, and this is odd to me, when searching BKK-SIN v.v. there are no flights coming back even when using flexible dates. Not even the calendar appears. Conversely, searching SIN-NRT or BKK-NRT gives many possibilities - so it's not something that I'm doing wrong.
