Split Reservations

I had this problem today. On the website the other person on my reservation disappeared. When we went to kiosk to get boarding passes, we weren't able to print for both of us in. When he tried to use the kiosk in independently, the kiosk wouldn't recognize him (but thought it was his wife, also on our flight). Ended up waiting in line to talk to an agent. Good luck to you.

Fight posted post-3/3 wiped out YTD PQMs

I just had a 3/2 flight posted tonight. YTD Premier qualifying segments are correct but my pre-3/3 PQMs (25k+) are missing, i.e. the system is showing YTD PQMs only for the flight just posted.

The 3/2 flights were booked with my old MP number; I wonder if flying it under the old MP number but having it posted under he new one caused it to glitch?

I lost my pre 3/3 UA PQMs (about 16,000) tonight. It only shows my pre 3/3 CO PQMs. The segments balance is correct though. Any ideas?

Weird weird weird. Just lost all my miles for this year prior to a trip from last week. Status changed from 1K to premier platinum (which i think is right), even though my paper boarding passes said 1K during flights today. (mobile BPs said premier platinum). Seems like they've got a lot of screwed up data in the background.

I'm seeing strange behavior with the website when trying to select seat assignments. I am flying SFO-ORD later this week on an international config 767. I am choosing seat 13A on the website. This is a flight attendant rest seat on international flights, but is showing as available for this flight on the website. The website appears to accept my change, but the next time I view the page it shows me still in 21H.

The strange thing is, if I then select another seat, 13A opens up. So it appears that at least in some part of the database, I *do* have 13A. But something isn't right with the logic.

I'm on hold right now on the phone, trying to get someone to tell me what seat I'm really in. However, after 15 minutes on hold, I'm not sure I'm going to wait any longer.

Oh- and it gets better.

We're now getting the reduced mileage. Only 1,839 posted for ORD-SFO (this one posted, the rest just completely vanished). ORD-SFO is 1846 miles not 1839. What is this????

My PMCO EQMs appear to be present and accounted for. As do my Star Alliance partner EQMs, at least for my Star Alliance segments which have posted so far. However, like several other posters, I appear to have lost all of my PMUA EQMs. Another in a long list of things the new UA will need to fix.

On the flip-side, for those who are waiting for recent flights to credit, a March 1st TK segment that I flew just posted to my account.

For our collective sanity, perhaps we should all stop visiting united.com for the next week or so!

Yeah weird. Mine all disappeared as the one missing flight (incorrectly) posted- with a reduction of 7 eqms/14 rdms from ord-sfo. Sigh. Why is it one thing after another? The mileage issue needs to be fixed.

Just had UA flights from 2/29 as well as a CO flight from 3/1 credit so it looks like that process is back on line. However, I see that apparently SFO has moved 1 mile closer to Portland. After all these years at 550 it now seems to only be 549 miles - must have been some earthquake in SFO that did it. Seriously, UA - what's with all the new distances after all these years. Some of us actually track this stuff.

Yep. Pop goes the weasel. ORD-SEA is 1714 now instead of former 1720. Th earth must be shrinking.

Same here. As soon as my 3/2 flight posted, I am sitting with whopping 1839 PQM for the year! Awesome. So nice to know I have over 23k to reach Silver for 2013... Oh wait, I thought I already did back in mid-February....

Yup. And we've gone all day w/o an answer on the mysterious (substantial) mileage reductions. Now lets see if it is a mistake how long it takes to fix or if it has to be done manually.

Now that flights are starting to post I imagine they'll start getting phone calls pretty quickly- combined with ppls PQMs disappearing into thin air 3 days into the integration. I.e. prepare for longer hold times
