Flight upgraded to ON. These flights are not posting miles or PQM/PQS class of service bonuses correctly. For flights going forward, we hope to have a fix in place on 3/27. To correct postings for previous dates, well be refreshing these calculations later in the week after the fix goes in (updated 4:30p, March 24)

Have both UA Select Visa (over a year) and UA Explorer (approved on March 2). Both statements close on the 20th each month. The spending miles on my Select Visa posted on my UA account on the same date as the statement closing date (March 20), but Explorer card spending (+ bonus) has not posted. Note that both card previously had my UA number, and not CO. Will see how long it will take the Explorer card to post (it has been 5 days). CO OnePass Plus card posted on the 20th, no problem. Anyone experience similar issue?

Just spent 40 minutes on hold with Expedia to deal with an issue with an AA flight I booked for my dad. When I asked the agent about the long hold time, she was reluctant to name United, but when I did she readily acknowledged that the delay was due to their ongoing difficulty getting through to United.

Someone fixed something tonight. ^
My negative PQM balance went away, and my out-of-order itin which had bogus schedule changes listed on it (and which I hadn't had a chance to call in to fix yet) corrected itself... although it in the process dumped the waitlisted RPU (yes, I got the RPU back--had to reapply it).

This was a big pain on the way back from Singapore. Despite calling the 1K Desk to confirm our seat assignments, FS-Mom lost her original seat and failed to get it back. One of the supervisors said that he had never been seated in 22C, despite us handing over the email confirmation that confirmed she was seated in 22C.
Hi Shannon,
Is there going to be a reconciling of the class of service PQM bonuses added to flights where it should not have been (resulting in a lower/correct PQM total)? Not that I want this, but it will be good to know for planning purposes. Don't want any December surprises.

How strange. 8AB opened up online and I took them. The united.com view of my reservation immediately after I hit "Continue" showed that we were seated in 8AB. Later, I opened up the reservation again and it said we were in 6C/7G.
The seat map shows 6AC and 7G unoccupied and 8AB occupied.
I called a phone agent: "I see you in 6C and 7G". I was a little more persistent and she followed up with "There's three separate places to see seat assignments for you. In two of those three places, I see you in 8AB. You should be fairly confident that you have those seats."
Gosh.

Gosh.
I just encountered a similar problem:
Hoping things look OK at OLCI time.
- I have a two-passenger itinerary; we were in 6C/7G.
- I changed our seats online at united.com to 6C/6A.
- After I hit "Continue", mobile.united.com now shows that 6A is occupied and 7G is free.
- But united.com still shows that our seat assignments are 6C/7G.
- I called Reservations and they confirmed that according to their system we are in 6C/6A; they also resynced the ticket and the ticket currently shows us in 6C/6A.
Hoping things look OK at OLCI time.

2012 million mile gift selection
Is there any update as to when the million miler gift selection will be available. I've gone to the page every few days. And this is what I get
"2012 Million Miler Gift Selection
The 2012 Million Miler gift choices are not ready for unveiling. We will be opening the site in mid-March.
Eligible customers will be able to come back then to select a gift.
We thank you for your patience."
MID March has come and gone. I assume the people at UA know by now how furious us PMUA million milers are about this whole program (I for one wonder what was the point of flying a TRUE million miles w UA. Had I known I could have flown partners, paid for miles, used bonuses, etc to reach mm status, I never would have bothered as it now really means nothing (I saw a post from someone who has flown less then 200,000 ACTUAL miles on PMCO but w all the bonuses they got and partner credit, he's a 1mm flyer now. Does not seem fair

Shannon,
Thanks for the major update! A few minor corrections for the mobile site.
mobile.united.com under standby list currently missing Premier Platinum:
How are standbys prioritized?
Customers standing by are ranked by Premier status. Specifically, Global Services members will have the highest priority, followed by Premier 1K, Premier Gold, Premier Silver and then all remaining customers.
Also how are upgrades prioritized missing Global and companion for gold / silver.
