After seeing this thread, my wife went through 2014 statements from Chase (personal stays), AMEX (business stays) Hilton cards, found SIGNIFICANT discrepancies - in excess of 15k points. She went through the statements on the phone with both providers,who confirmed the issue, agreed to pursue the issue and advise.

The issue is with local hotels not having the Hilton Brand name show up in the way they charge an account. So to me Hilton corporate needs to get all hotels inline.

The issue is that the properties at fault are not coded as Hilton group hotels in whichever system the credit card companies use, resulting in no bonus points. Amex isn't using OCR to check for Hilton branding...
The four delinquent hotels I mentioned in my original reply were all 'genuine' Hiltons, described as Hiltons in my Amex statement (which at least made it easier for retroclaims), and at least 3 of them had always been Hiltons since their construction.
The retroclaim process was much easier before Amex abolished their secure messaging system, which ensured some accountability from customer service, unlike today's chat function.
FWIW all my retroclaims were processed by Amex, not HHonors.

Honors points not adding up + missing promo points
I noticed early last month that I received no bonus points for the 4th quarter double your base point promo. I called the diamond line and told them about it and they said they would take care of it. I do see all of my stays from November 1 to January 31 now have a separate line in my all points activity for each stay.

Really!! they cant email this to me. I feel there should be a way to do this on the site. Unless I watch my account daily there is now way for me to know if all these points are actually being credited to my total. Missing Stays/Nights/Base points
One week ago I stayed one night at Hilton Leeds followed by one night at Hilton Sheffield.
Within 72 hours the points for these stays posted to the total number of points on my HH account.
However, number of stays, nights and base points have not been updated.
Never experienced this situation before, either everything posts, or nothing at all.
Anybody else with same experience ?

I currently do not have access to my HHonors Account due to fraudulent reservations under my account leaving past due balances at hotels
but prior to my account being suspended, I was experiencing the same problem with points posting but the Nights/Stays/Base Points not updating.

Same problem here for a recent stay - a stay didn't show up on the status bar.
I contacted Hilton a few days ago and they replied that they could see the correct stays, nights, and points at their end but that they have a problem with the status bar in our account overview not updating.
So Hilton is aware of this and working on it.

My status bar is still not updated and I e-mailed Hhonors again today to ask if it would be possible for them to update the status bar manually.
Seems not as the reply was a 'thank you for your valuable feed-back'.
I usually take screen shots of my account page after each stay has posted in case I need some proof at some point, now I just have to rely on Hilton's system counting correctly which I am not overjoyed with.
I just hope I won't end up having trouble at the end of the year
re requalification.

For the first time in a number of years I had a credit problem too, premium reward stay at a European Doubletree, stays shows with number of points deducted in my past activity screen, but neither the 1000 Diamond bonus shows (as it does for all previous [reward] stays), nor did the stay/night counter reflect that stay. Email to Diamond Desk and the matter was resolved within less than an hour this morning.

Missing stay, points, nights (partial overlap)
I had a stay in July that has not posted.
I've used the Missing Stay feature on the website twice, and received different explanations for why the stay is not eligible:
This stay did overlap: I left the hotel one night before checkout to travel onwards, while my wife stayed the extra night.
Any suggestions on how I can get (partial?) credit for this stay? Calling the 1-800 number has not been helpful (yet?).

HH Account Missing Stays & Points
I am a Diamond Member and I have been chasing HH since April on a stay on 30March-2April that does not show either in All Points Activity or Past Stays. They keep saying "trust us, the points have been credited" but after multiple emails, I still cannot see the stay.
It is irritating they keep repeating the copy & paste message asking me log on and check my points under All Points Activity despite my sending a printout from each log in showing the stay is missing after more than 10 emails and 6 months.
Finally, after I asked HH to see my printout and Screenshot and give me a Yes/No answer if the can see the stay, they admit their website does not show it and that there is an "issue".
Does anyone know what is happening to the HH website? Have they been hacked? I sense they are not revealing something.

Btw, what you might want to consider for future stays in order to avoid overlaps is by checking out at the first hotel and having your wife check back in under her own name. You could arrange to keep the same room and even split the bill.\ when you first check in. Let them know it is for business expense reasons. that way, you will not run afoul of the program terms of trying to get credit when you are not at the said hotel.

They are saying the points have been credited although I can't see the stay or points online. I am supposed to "trust" them even if I can't see the maths or details.
BTW, stays after this one show up online, which is what makes it very odd.

But I keep a close eye on my account and could see that the points had posted.
I take a screen shot every time I have had activity on my account.
When I contacted Hhonors, they said they had an issue with the staus bar updating but that they could see the stays, nights, and points at their end (and they quoted the right amount of stays, nights , and points).
I kept the e-mail.
Some time later the status bar suddenly updated out of the blue.....
But I keep a close eye on my account and could see that the points had posted.
I take a screen shot every time I have had activity on my account.
