I noticed early last month that I received no bonus points for the 4th quarter double your base point promo. I called the diamond line and told them about it and they said they would take care of it. I do see all of my stays from November 1 to January 31 now have a separate line in my all points activity for each stay.

But the points were not added to my total. I emailed honors and told them that I wanted a complete accounting of all my points activity with a running total of all additions and subtractions for the last 6 months. This is the response I got.

"Thank you for your inquiry regarding promotional HHonors points. We appreciate you taking the time to contact us.

We have requested an account printout be sent to your mailing address on file. Please allow up to four weeks for its receipt.

If there is anything else we can assist you with, please do not hesitate to contact us. For immediate assistance, please click on the link below for the contact number of the Hilton Worldwide Service Center location nearest you."

Really!! they cant email this to me. I feel there should be a way to do this on the site. Unless I watch my account daily there is now way for me to know if all these points are actually being credited to my total. I have also noticed that while all my recent stays have posted under all points activity that none of the points are being added to my total points available.
