I have had a stay or two some months ago ( in spring, I think) not showing up on the status bar, neither as stays, nights, points nor on the account activity. And stays after that showed up correctly.
But I keep a close eye on my account and could see that the points had posted.
I take a screen shot every time I have had activity on my account.

When I contacted Hhonors, they said they had an issue with the staus bar updating but that they could see the stays, nights, and points at their end (and they quoted the right amount of stays, nights , and points).
I kept the e-mail.
Some time later the status bar suddenly updated out of the blue.....
