I just wish airlines would design menus around the limitations of galleys. Steamed hams should be limited to Simpsons gags and nowhere else. Although, CO does make a mean steamed ham. |

I appreciate you restraining the comments as it does make my life easier. I think Weatherboy has a valid point to address the point that CO's first class product does not live up to what they market.. Given the premium they charge - and he pays - for first class than I think he should have all the right to express his displeasure. I too think the food up front is getting borderline nasty, but I do not complain about it as I typically do not pay for the first class seat.

Dude, I was doing research for one of my profs in undergrad. I was the master of the card and microfilm! Ugghhh, if I could count the hours spent in the basement of the library!
I worked in the library on campus, and we did maintain a card catalog, even with the computerized catalog. It was our backup, because there were times that the BARRCat system would go down. When that happened, the circulation desk where I worked was crazy, because we'd have to go behind the desk to pull drawers of cards out for people to use, since the card catalog was no longer out in the public area of the library. A few years ago I was back on campus for a class reunion, and the old card catalog was gone for good. The cabinets had been divided, and were now topped with glass and used as end tables and coffee tables in the reading areas of the library. |

Pretty much, yeah. I really have to try that spot, but it can't be done alone. Maybe when ALCO comes to PHL.

Could work in the SS United States, some OAGs, Cheese-Steaks, Spotting, and Liberty Bell. Sounds like a good trip.

I don't see the word beer mentioned anywhere in there. How can it be a good trip? :p

I don't think this is limited to a FT phenomenon. Several coworkers despise Chase more than I do.

Based on FT, I must be the only happy customer Chase has, who has never had a problem with them.
When I got the Presidential card I was given a direct number in SA to contact about getting issues resovled. |

I too have been very happy with Chase. When my bag was stolen earlier this year that happily replaced my PC passes and the discount coupons.
Ok I know CO needs to cover the cost of flying around empty 737's after a likely sold out flight, but $672 for EWR-MSY is a bit steep for Jazz Fest weekends. They should just fess up that they need a larger plane than a 735 currently scheduled as they always need larger aircraft for those weekends. Oh if anyone cares the music line-up has been released, much earlier than normal. |
