Do I qualify as adult supervision? I think I'm the oldest of the group. If not, we'll have four of the most professional men and women in the industry there with us to keep us in line...waiting to get another round of drinks. ;)

Oh, and about that B6 A320 BOS-LAS flight (several pages back; too lazy to find the post) it looks like they're flying via DEN tonight rather than canceling outright. I hope someone told the pilot.

:D

I have no doubt that you've heard my mother tell the story of her visit to the USS Carl Vinson, circa 1986 in SIN.

1) In cruisr's absence, the title may have fallen to you. :D
2) BearX220 will be thrilled that B6 did not cancel.

OK, I will assign you as the "Adult" and I want a full report upon getting together at the DoubleTree. I want incident reports on all those who do not behave. WHO has the CO currency on the party flight.

I'm outta here

The DH has just brought home the Five Guys burgers...

Good night all.

Single Malt? Dutch Vodka? French Red? Christmas Ale?

Damn decision!

My interview at the local ISD is tomorrow. Here's hoping for a good one!

I know the answer to that one. It is Olton Hall who starts with the dozen that I sent to him. He has promised to share.

However, there might be another candidate for adult supervision on that flight if we do not end up taking the weekend in FCO that seems to be under planning.

And that would require at least another dozen coupons to help me withstand riding all the way to IAH in coach. I just don't do that sort of thing anymore. :o

Got the last of 16 upgrades for this Sunday/Monday. So if you see or hear about a drunk in TX you know who it is! :)

My trip report for Five Guys Burgers and Fries.

Date: 12/18/2008
Time: 19:45
Location: State Hwy 23, Wayne NJ

Upon entering the main entrance I immediately notice there is no elite access line :td: and that I must order my meal with the unwashed masses:eek: . While waiting in the general queue for only about 3-4 minutes ^, I noticed all the print media articles about Five Guys and was impressed ^. It seems as if they are Zagat rated and have had very high ratings from a few major print media outlets. I was called up to the next available screener and I ordered a Cheeseburger with tomato and grilled onions, medium Fries and a medium soft drink. Even though I was extremely thirsty, no need to purchase a large when the refills are free :o. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order number to be called :td:. While I waited I snacked on the free peanuts ^. When my order was called, I claimed my bag of food and proceeded to the nearest available table. I unwrapped my burger, inspected it and it looked nothing like the one featured on the cover of the magazines hanging on the wall :td:. I took my first bite and it was freaking Awesome™ ^. Tasty, flavorful and just delicious. The fries were Awesome™ as well, fresh cut fries ^.

How could I have gone for so long without ever trying this place?
