I tried moving over to HSBC but I can't deal with them. Their website sucks, their customer service is abysmal and apparently their whole back-end infrastructure is saddled by its own over-complexity. I feel like I'm dealing with the government every time I interact with them.

Bank of America?

It appears that they have it.

What does OAG stand for?

Official Airline Guide. It's the Yellow-Pages for pretty-much every scheduled route on Earth, listing times, stops, equipment-types, etc. Not so useful in the present, but for researching past flights, it's a gold-mine.

Our primary bank is Key, which is not as large as other but does a decent job of customer service. Plus, they are a CO marketing partner and have debit cards that earn miles.

I use Wells Fargo, but their reach East of Houston is presently minimal.

After their merge (acquisition? I forget) with Wachovia is complete, I think they'll be the best bank to deal with. I've had great experiences with both and they should have a pretty strong nationwide presence.

It will be nice not getting hit with ATM fees every time I head to the East Coast. I love going to SFO. There's a Wells Fargo ATM on every street-corner. :D

I second that. I like Key as well, and use my CO debit card everywhere.

Well, despite the Houston Public Library indicating that they do, they do not. I spent over an hour there waiting while staff combed through the stacks. ^ to the helpful staff, but :td: to the inaccurate online catalog.

If the OAG is Copyrighted, wouldn't the Library of Congress have copies? I may plan a trip up to D.C. for a weekend of Aerogeeking (and beer) if that is the case.

It is my hope that they laugh at us more for us not having a Google that was self aware and trained to make us waffles.

No. They'll just be completely clueless about it and make us feel old if we are dumb enough to bring it up.
