If it was a backing incident, that's on the tug driver and the rampers instead of the flight crew, no?

Unless it was a NW DC-9 using "reverse thrust" to pull out of the slot!

I used to get those calls all the time when I worked for a police dept in south bergen county.

Good thing I'm leaving town. I've been served with a restraining order by the World Karaoke Association. I'm not to be within fifty feet of one... ever.

In other news, I think CO rev. management finally woke up. Their Buy-Up fares are reasonable. I have a bunch of Left Coast stuff coming up and B's EWR - SFO are mid $500's. That's very reasonable in my opinion for guaranteed up-front in both directions. @:-)

The unfortunate consequence to this is EUA's are going to become few and far between. :(

Like EUAs on transcons every really happened. If I go through all my EUA email, I'm willing to bet the last time I got an EUA on a transcon was over five years ago.

When I first went to DFW, i realized that if NJ was the armpit, than I was visiting the bunghole.

I just found it to be downright miserable and I'm still not a big fan, though I can tolerate it now.
