Random question -- does CO offer medical emergency fares?

e.g. if an immediate family member is hospitalized and you need to travel there, do they give a price concession?

Thanks.

That is never a good question to ask
I hope everything is OK .

I assume they would accept credit cards.

AEX is pretty new. They switched the airport they were using for commercial service a few years ago, so that terminal isn't very old, unlike MLU.

BTR is also a pretty nice little Louisiana airport. It too has a big fountain in the middle. Wonder if AEX was trying to copy the state capitol city's airport?

Oh hell yes! CO is running the 777 on IAH-EWR again on the most current timetable, and it's replaced the 762 I was planning to fly on that route the first week of April. Hope that one holds, as I've never missed the EUA on that route when flying the 777.

I'm guessing that FlightStats has something wrong...today's version of the party flight is supposedly landing at E9 in Terminal C.

Perhaps it's referring to the fact that baggage claim / arrival area is in Terminal C? CO lists the same for flights arriving at the E gates.

That's exactly it. FlightStats always shows domestic IAH E arrivals that way, since the only baggage claim/arrivals areas in E are for international arrivals.

A clue I haveth not. Friday will be my first transit of IAH. It says "Gate E9 (Terminal C)" while for the PHL departure it says "D-8 (Terminal D)." I would think that arriving into E on Friday would be a good thing, since that would put us closer to the company store.

A two-terminal schlep for checked bags? to that.

It's a 5 minute walk at most. C and E are close and very well connected.

It's not that far, and no different than what many other airports require. I can still walk from the most distant E gate to C baggage claim at IAH in less time than I can get from Concourse D at ATL to baggage claim taking the ATL tram system. From many of the IAH E gates, the distance to C baggage claim is no more than the distance from many of the EWR C gates to EWR C baggage claim.

I'll be getting to learn IAH somewhat in the next five weeks between Friday and my connection to SEA in March.

The hotel shuttles pick up outside the C baggage claim area, so you'll get to experience the walk from E. Like I said, it's really not bad at all.

I will have to plan a trip now in April with a connection in IAH. With 50 seats I can't imagine missing out on an upgrade.

Assuming the flight is on time, is the plan to drop our bags at the hotels and come back for 6:30?
