My old man will be at the DO and he's been asking me to look into DSLR's. I will probably ask one of you guys to talk to us about which one to get and lenses. Any pre-DO recomendations?

Depends on his skill and comfort level. CO just told me that I didn't get the companion upgrade behind you because we're not on the same record. I think I just got hosed by the phone agent.

I thought companion upgrades can only be requested and processed at the airport.

Companions can't be added to the upgrade list until 2 hours before the flight and their upgrades don't happen until the gate.

I wouldn't hold your breath for a companion upgrade as you'll fall behind all other Plats on the flight. :(

I believe NW does this for their Plats, but not CO. Would be nice though... :)

Skill and Comfort working with the camera = :rolleyes: Not sure if he can even work a P&S.
