Make Reservations: if any of the French rail stations are an origin or destination (Lille-Europe TGV Rail Station, France (XDB)), for example, and one is searching for Business First tickets, the results indicate that there are no BF seats available on the TATL portions.
Eg: search for EWR-Lille-Europe TGV Rail Station, France (XDB) 9/14/08, return 9/19/08 in BF - only coach fares are returned... but, search for EWR-CDG on the same dates, and BF comes back for the same TATL flights.

Firefox 3
Whenever I try to log into CO.com with Firefox 3.0, it keeps kicking me out. I have all of the cookies and such set, but it continuously asks for my username and password even though I enter it and click "remember me." Works just fine in IE6.

Odd, Firefox 3 works well for me. Do you have any plugins that might be interfering?

I have not been able to log in from the homepage for a long while now.The only way I can sign on to my account is by accessing through the "my account" tab in the upper right of the homepage.

I have a ticket that I had to cancel, which i'm trying to use to book a BF ticket to DUB.
Even if I select 'First/BusinessFirst' during the search process from the 'Change Flights' option in that res, it still prices out economy. I know there's availability, because I can go book a new res for the dates with no problems.

TripNotes error: BusinessFirst (R) listed as Economy (R)
Just noting an IT error:
We have an upcoming paid BusinessFirst (R) trip, and we just received our TripNotes which list the reservation as Economy (R). I'm not worried, as our reservation has BF seats, but I thought I'd note this glitch so that it can be corrected.
Thanks,

Why won't CO allow me to book a reservation from MFE to CRP. Instead I get this message, "Continental or its partners serve these cities but do not publish schedules or fares between them. It may be possible to construct an itinerary using two separate fares by calling 1-800-300-1547."

147 mi – about 2 hours 49 mins
McAllen-Miller Int'l Airport
Or
1 Adults (age 18 to 64) $256.00
Additional Taxes/Fees $31.50
Total Price $287.50
Flight Details:
Depart: 5:30 a.m. McAllen, TX (MFE)
Arrive: 6:38 a.m. Houston, TX (IAH - Intercontinental)
Travel Time: 1 hr 8 mn Aircraft: Boeing 737-800
Fare Class: Economy (W)
Depart: 7:45 a.m. Houston, TX (IAH - Intercontinental)
Arrive: 8:49 a.m. Corpus Christi, TX (CRP)
Travel Time: 1 hr 4 mn
Aircraft: Bombardier CRJ-200
Fare Class: Economy (W)
Total Time to fly: 3 hours 19 minutes
You can book it using the Multiple Destinations option on co.com. entering MFE -> IAH -> CRP -> IAH -> MFE. I guess CO does not publish a MFE-CRP fare.
I have taken those type of flights before to hook up with the family in SAT or the Valley when they drove up a day or two before me so we only have 1 car to drive home.
I actually think a MFE - CRP one way prices as a MFE-IAH-CRP open jaw round trip.

Kiosk boarding pass shows Platinum/ST1
A friend traveling with me (on the same itinerary) recently moved up from Gold to Platinum. At time of ticketing the level was Gold. My level Platinum.
CO.com on line check in properly shows the companion's boarding pass as "Platinum/ST2", however when reprinting the boarding pass at the kiosk when checking bags the boarding pass shows "Platinum/ST1".
How can that be? Does the kiosk handle SkyTeam Elite status differently than kiosk check in - such that the kiosk still uses the CO Elite level at ticket purchase time - not the latest.
Note that the status was reentered - hence the companion's boarding pass showed "Platinum/ST1" from the kiosk printed boarding pass?????

I bought a Y fare for my son who was upgraded at the time of purchase because of his status. When checking him in today, his boarding pass stated, "Added to First Class Standby List." How can he be added to the standby list when he is already in First?

Co.com Receipts
I've noticed that when viewing a receipt on Co.Com where changes have been made and additional charges have been applied, the website does not show the updated receipt with the charges unless you request a receipt be sent via e-mail or fax. If you just click 'view receipt' it doesn't provide you with the updated information, but rather just the original receipt. Is it possible to fix this?

First/BusinessFirst EasyPass awards for 2009 are not available
It looks like the 2009 BusinessFirst awards haven't been loaded or perhaps they have been removed due to the pending change (effective 9/3/08), which will no longer make them capacity free.
For example, starting in 2009 only Partner Flights are available for First/BusinessFirst EasyPass awards on the following routes:
EWR to/from HNL starting in 2009
EWR to/from CDG starting in 2009
EWR to/from LHR starting in 2009
EWR to/from SAN starting in 2009
EWR to/from MCO starting in 2009
NOTE: Sometimes the reduced SaverPass First/Business First Awards are available but EasyPass isn't. Normally when SaverPass is available both SaverPass and EasyPass are displayed.

Display available cabin types for each leg on First/BusinessFirst Awards
With the pending changes to increase OnePass reward fees from $50 to $150 for travel award changes, it is very important for travelers to get it right the 1st first time.
I would like to make a suggestion that would help travelers make an informed decision without having to call the Continental Awards Desk before making their reservation.
For Example: When travelers have to decide between taking a direct flight in Economy using EasyPass vs a connecting flight in First/BusinessFirst using SaverPass, it would be helpful to give the traveler a complete and accurate picture of which cabin is being offered on each leg since both legs are not guaranteed to be in First/BusinessFirst. This problem occurs on multi-stop flights involving Partner Airlines and multi-stop flights with no Partner involvement (Continental only)
SUGGESTION – Add cabin information for each leg of the connecting flights (perhaps where Flight, Aircraft and Meal information is listed on the Award Availability Page).
For example the possible values could be:
Economy
First
BusinessFirst
First Waitlisted
BusinessFirst Waitlisted.
If the following values were displayed for each leg
(1) Economy and BusinessFirst then a traveler can be assured that they will get a seat in BusinessFirst if they book a BusinessFirst award
(2) Economy only then a traveler would know that the leg is only available in Economy (no First or BusinessFirst is available for that leg if they book the BusinessFirst award)
(3) Economy and BusinessFirst waitlisted then a traveler would know that BusinessFirst seating is not be guaranteed for that leg if they book a BusinessFirst award
