I have a reward itinerary with 2 issues. One, the payment details on the reservation page aren't even close to the ones displayed on the receipt (the receipt is accurate), Two, try as I might, the site refuses to email a copy of the receipt. It's not my end, because I can get receipts for any of my other itins.

it seems that the upgrade standby list is not displaying all the EUA eligible PAX ....this from a recent experience and a separate thread

perhaps COInsider can get the full upgrade list of a given flight and compare it to the results shown to us all via the pda site??

Mixed DL/AF transatlantic coach awards are requiring 30,000 miles, not 25,000. Has there been a policy change or is this an error?

I have a reservation booked in H class via a travel agent that was upgraded. When I pull up the res on co.com, it says Elite Status as 0%.

I've been seeing weird issues with reservations emails and eticket emails. I haven't seen any for some reservations i've recently made and subsequently cancelled. (And yes, i did check my spam folder!).

Early last week I got receipts on 9/24 for transactions done on 9/19 and 9/20.

My logged in Co.com is presenting me fares "Destinos perfectos para Esquiar".. yes you get it.. en Espanol. I don't log in as a spanish speaker so there is that.

Also - the PDA site is still crapping out and my name is still missing from the stand by list for Thursday's 8 pm iah-aus flight. Non issue if I get the miles.

Is it just me (2 computers and a blackberry), or is CO.com down right now?

This continues to be a major problem for reservations with partner airlines in the record.

Viewing a reservation with changes highlighted in red, can result in flight segments being cancelled, if you accept changes online.

This just happened to me with reward tickets on DL and KE.

It has happened in the past with a domestic only reward on DL, and reward travel on QF.

THIS REALLY IS A MAJOR PROBLEM. Call the CO QF/EVA Partner desk in Salt Lake and ask those folks how bad it is. People are having reservations deleted (and cancelled). Sometimes it only gets cancelled out of the CO system, but maybe I have called immediately before it had a chance to sync to the partner's systems.

TO ALL: Under no circumstances should you accept changes online. Rather call the CO tech support number for SkyTeam flights and CO's QF/EVA desk for any tickets with those airlines.

I am looking for flights with upgrades aus-nyc. Some are showing as "available" - i.e. "Upgrade not available on flight xyz" is not showing. But fare bucket is still Econ.

While attempting to use the pda site to check-in for my flight at T-24:00 I was getting an error that said my flight was within an hour and thus I couldn't check-in. I tried this a few times, let it sit and tried again a few mins later and it worked.

I know that T-24 there are some things that need to happen and thus there is a lag, but the error was a bit alarming since I had a moment of "oh crap, did i book my flight on the wrong day?!??!".

I always try at 23:59 and have no problems. Might want to try then.

Log in to my account from the home page...

I have an odd problem. I cannot seem to log into CO.com from the main page using my OP account number from my home PC. When I do, it just refreshes and shows up the main page again. If I go to the OP sign in page and sign in from there sometimes it takes and other times it takes two or three tries. When I log in from my work computer or from another computer. This is not a problem and I can sign in from the main page. Really strange to me.

When using the pda website to check-in and selecting seats, certain bulkhead seats show up as blocked out. But when you pull up the pda seat map or go through the main site, you can see the seat is open.

The latest example I have is 325 on 10/21. The seat in question was 1A.
