Even if I select 'First/BusinessFirst' during the search process from the 'Change Flights' option in that res, it still prices out economy. I know there's availability, because I can go book a new res for the dates with no problems.
Same thing for me (third time now). I have always had to call to make the change. The scary thing is that the only way I know it's trying to book me in economy is the low price. There is nothing confirming it's BF.
