One would think, but it hasn't been on the CO site.

Reward tix for Cape Air flights with CO codeshares continue to be unbookable through the CO.com engine. (This has persisted since roughly this summer)

SIN to HKG upgrades

A question to CO INSIDER

I have been informed that elites on flights flown by CO from HKG-SIN are not being EUA upgraded although according to the CO website, these 737 flights are indeed eligible. I am going to be on these flights in about 3 weeks and would certainly like to know if upgrading for elites is permitted. It is apparent from the CO thread that the ground staff is saying they are not and flights are leaving with empty F seats and with elites in Y.

I do not want to make a fool of myself. If these flights are indeed not EUA eligible, please let me know so I don't make a pest of myself. On the other hand, if the converse is true, then is it possible to inform the gound staff at these stations (and maybe send me a PM which I can copy and take with me to HKG) so I can at least be on the upgrade list? Thanks in advance.

Z preface code no longer showing before fare cde on account statement when upgraded.

Example - If upgrade on K fare for example - statement used to show ZK. Now it only shows K - even though there was an upgrade.

That's because through Tens of Dollars and other Shenanigans no one gets upgrades anymore!

Can't log in to CO.com or the iOS app.

Travelled yesterday and everything worked properly. Today, on co.com I get this message:

! Please contact the OnePass Service Center for assistance with your account.

Tried my wife's account and get the same error. Tried looking at my iPhone app and get the same error.

Any ideas? Anyone else having trouble?

Gold Status Question

Hi - i'm going to be about 2500 miles shy of getting gold status for next year. I dont have any more trips planned for this year. Is there any way I can buy these miles to retain my gold status - does anyone know?

Thanks for your help!

My friend booked reward tickets for me online in from of me.
He logged in his OP account and booked the tickets for me with entering my OP number and my credit card information to pay for the security fee there.

We are looking at the eTickets receipt, and it shows my friend's credit card number (he stored his CC info) even he entered my credit card numbers and also does not show my OP number there

So I had to pay him for the security fee by cash and entered my MP number at united.bomb. It's UX flights, by the way.

Unless there has been another devaluation my wife (GM) seems to be running into a problem changing an award booking for July. Simply choosing a different date, same O/D, same class, the website insists upon a $75/pp change fee. Is this a known issue or just unlucky?

All booked flights disappeared from "my reservations" list. I can view individual reservation by entering conf# but the list is gone.

Same here. Plus it's being slow to login.

I guess their crack programmers are up to something again.
