Incorrect credit card transaction dates at the bottom of receipt and confirmation email.
Wed., Apr. 20, 2011/MASTERCARD XXXXXXXX was charged 150.00 USD for the following: Change Fee - 150.00 USD/150.00 USD per ticket tax included/NON REF
Wed., Apr. 20, 2011/MASTERCARD XXXXXXXX was charged 50.00 USD for the following: Change Fee - 50.00 USD/50.00 USD per ticket tax included/NON REF
The bottom 50.00 change fee was actually done last week on the outbound flight. The 150.00 change fee was done today for the return flight.

"Change Flights" button disappears from reservations detail page once the reservation is checked in online. If I want to change the flight, I have to go out to the Manage Reservations screen (or the home page) and click the Change Flights link there.

Beverage service only on 13.5 hour flight?
Flight 88 PEK/EWR shows
Main Cabin: Beverage
under Inflight Amenities: on continental.com.
On the iPhone app it shows:
Beverage service (time permitting).
I assume this is an errorat least I sure hope so.

Can we please add flight numbers and times to the initial FareLock email notification? Would be nice to be able to forward the email to colleagues while coordinating flights.

I just received my graphical email confirmation post-ticketing - it looks pretty except everything is missing except my name and OP#. The yellow box with details and the flight summary box are both empty.

New CO website - issues w/UA flights
The latest CO website edition (with improved UA flight handling) still has a few issues with UA flights:
1. Does not update fare class from Economy to First following a UDU. Got UDU'd yesterday. .bomb shows me confirmed in F, while CO's website still lists me as Economy (V). Seat assignment is listed correctly, however it won't let me change it to a different F seat.
2. CO website is still unable to handle UA flights with a stopover & aircraft change. When clicking on 'change seats', the website will show the seatmap for the first flight/aircraft, but on the View Reservation page lists assigned seats for the 2nd leg.

According to an agent, you cannot use onepass miles for the codeshare IAD-MAD flight on Aer Lingus. However, if you search online for the flight, it is fully bookable on continental.com with miles.
If for some reason, the flight is bookable, let me know.

If you want to book it with miles, and it's showing up online as a possibility, then do it. Forget what the agent told you

Virgin, United, Continental miles
Hey first time on this forum, hoping someone can help.
I'm trying to sort out which program to use for my upcoming flights. I'm flying Air New Zealand to Sydney then United from Sydney to LAX. I know Continental and Virgin are partners, so with the merger with United I am wondering if it is possible to earn Virgin miles flying United. I'm just trying to work out my best option. I have a few different frequent flyer accounts from when I didn't really know how it all worked.
I have:
Virgin Flying club 5000+ miles
Continental One Pass 1000+ miles
US Airways 2500+ miles
Delta 4000+ miles
Air Tahiti Nui 7000+ miles
I wish I'd know that some of these were partners before so I could have combined them. I'd love to hear any suggestions. Thanks.

The best place to get help on earning miles is NOT a thread about issues with the Continental site however! Try searching with google the issue, and if nothing comes up, a new thread. Welcome to FT!!

Flight time errors...
CO1458 on Sept 3 shows 4:02; CO1462 on the 10th, 1:58. Looks like someone thinks that NAS is ADT, not EDT.

Partner availability can be better when not logged than when logged in with status as detailed here:
