DirecTV Refund Page Not Working
Trying to process a DirecTV refund - the bottom box asks for the number of times a card is swiped. No matter what number you put in there, an error is generated as if it doesn't see the entry.
Tried two different browser types, same result.

I was invited to take a survey about yesterday's flight. The survey site asks for a 13 digit ticket number starting with "005". On my boarding pass printed at home, the ticket number is 14 digits. The ticket number field on the web form is limited to 13 digits, so not all the numbers can be entered.
The dropdown box for origin and destination airports appears to be filled with the codes for every airport in the world large and small. For instance in the Cleveland area, I can select from Hopkins, Burke Lakefront, or Cuyahoga County. Why not reduce some clutter and just include airports that CO serves?

I guess they just automatically load some database of airports, that way they don't have to manually edit it or maintain their own database. Maybe it also makes things easier for CO when they operate charter flights, like the SMD2 flight to PAE!

CO Express Flight Miles Not Posting
None of my continental express flights this year have posted mileage to my onepass account... has anyone else noticed that? I spoke with an unhelpful continental representative who said to call them back in a week.

Is it only COEX that hasn't posted/have you flown mainline as well? When were your flights?

First, apologies for posting here after having posted the same question in a different thread. I forgot about this one.
I use the PC version (.exe file) of the CO timetable, found on the Wireless Tools page. The program reminds you once a month to download an update, by showing you a message that says "Your timetable information is out of date."
Problem is that the version on the Website hasn't been updated since December 16th (version 1.4.1). I tried deleting the program, then downloading and reinstalling, but no difference.
Has this program been discontinued, or are they late loading the update? Or is the update found somewhere else? The .pdf version is current, but I want the .exe version.
I sent a Feedback note to CO 2 days ago, but no reply yet.
Thanks.

Dear CO Insider,
Apologies for contacting you directly this way, but I need some help
I am a *A Gold with UK home.
Back in May 2010, during the ash cloud misery, I stepped back from a flight to allow a small family to get seats on the last flight home. Have been credited with two small value electronic travel certificates (instead of one for the entire amount due to a typo of the gate agent). Luckily, I managed to redeem one already as I figured that one can only redeem ONE certificate at a time via the web, AND flights have to be ALL CO OPERATED and not code-shared, as otherwise no redemption option appears at the payment page.
T&C No.8 states "...and with respect to redemption certain continental selected code-share flights." - For which code-share flights can I redeem the certificate? There is no info to find on this. Customer Services and Online Helpdesk both have waiting times of more than 30 mins, and 'expert Alex' is useless in this respect.
If not for a flight, because you also do not offer any viable option for transport to chosen destination (SFO or SMF) compared to other *A members with regard to total travel time, stopover time and price, what else can I do with the voucher?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Sincerely

On both the main site and the PDA site, when I go to track CO85, I get the following message:
Also weird is that it shows schedules as well as estimated departure time as 11:15, even though that's past, but I guess if they're having issues, understandable. But by arrival time, the scheduled arrival time is 4:40 PM, yet the estimated arrival time is 4:38 PM! Why the difference? And why the issue, considering when I put in other flight numbers, no problem.

Got into someone else's account (?!?)
So from my home computer, using Firefox, I was on co.com, looking at the lie-flat stuff and route maps. At some point I went to the "home" page, and found I was logged in as someone (I have an account, but hadn't logged in). I've never heard of this person, but I could see his mileage balance and upcoming reservations(!). I was able to log-out of his account.
I did a search on this forum for that person's name, to see if it was some generic "fake" account, but found no hits at all.
Hard to believe that by just poking around on the website I could inadvertently be logged into someone's onepass account!

Went to co.com tonight and a cheesy looking popup appeared in the middle of the screen saying something to the effect of "Dear important customer, you are cordially invited to take a survey and win $100"
No way I was clicking on that.
