Several attempts to make a booking, tried entering via accorhotels.com and sofitel.com, using both Firefox and IE, all failed with "Please re-enter or fill in the missing information. The fields shown in red are either incorrect or are mandatory." -- but with nothing missing or highlighted in red.

EDITED TO ADD: After several more attempts I was able to make the booking by first changing my country of residence (to something other than the USA), then re-selecting USA. At that point a field for "state" appeared, highlighted in red. Selecting my state of residence allowed me to proceed. With luck this will help one or two people until such time as Accor fixes the glitch.

It seems to be intermittent. A few hours ago I couldn't see my points at all; a few minutes ago I could.

I haven't made a retroclaim demand for missing points for a while and if somebody on this forum has done one recently, can you tell me whether you receive an acknowledgement of receipt of your demand by e-mail just after having done it ? I'm taking because I'm missing 3000 promo points (you know the promo where you have 1000 puts after the 1st stay, 3000 after the 2nd, etc likely because I did OLCI. I've made a retroclaim demand on-line a week ago and still silent since then while usually, they credit my points within 24-48 hrs. So I'm wondering if they received my demand. May be another bug ?
Thanks

Everytime I logged in, it's asking me to sign up for Le Club membership!

I did not get the 1.000 points because of the OLCI. I used the web form to report the missing points and got no automatic acknowledgement of receipt. I got a first email reply - denying my claim - two days later. After several follow-up emails I eventually got an email confirming that my stay was eligible and I would get the 1.000 points. The whole process took approx. 10 days.

This weekend I had my second stay for this promotion. No OLCI. Guess what - I got 1.000 bonus points instead of 3.000. I decided to dig out the previous email correspondence and respond to that email, explaining that I should get 3.000 points for this stay now and attached the hotel bill.

Let's see how that goes....

Just checked account from stay at weekend and found basic points allocated but as this was my 3rd stay on 8,000 pts promo i should have received the bonus 4,000 as i've already received 1,000 & 3,000 pts. Will wait a couple of days to see if they materialise then contact them via missing points section!

I find it mind-boggling and an utter disgrace that a company the size and exposure of Accor cannot entertain a half-decent IT team.

Accor CS is ridiculously slowly. My experience:
1) Stay on April 3-4 paid with points + 5 Euros. expected 3000 points (2nd stay within the LCAH February promotion)
No points posted into my account.
2) I have claimed the missing points.
3) Points posted with many apologies after one week (yes, no automatic confirmation to your claim)
4) Late May The same points deleted again from my account without any explanation
5) I have contacted explaining what happened and asking explanation about
6) Answer after 2 or 3 days was that my stay was paid with points
7) I replied that my stay was partially paid with points, not entirely, attaching again the invoice
8) Answer from Accor:"We have looked into your request to credit your points for your stay from to at the ********* hotel and have the pleasure to confirm that all the points related to your individual and personal expenses have been credited to your Le Club Accorhotels 'account'"
But no points credited, so are they having fun or what?
9) New email sent and waiting for next reply.

I still can't access my points, even after deleting and reloading the app. No reply from Accor but I suspect they are inundated with the same complaint.
Pretty lousy and poor by comparison to their rivals.

Same here. It's been more than 10 working days and absolutely nothing has changed. The emails are not answered; the messages here sent to LeClub representative are ignored.
Decision made: less and less business will be done with the company in the upcoming months...

I've just received a mail advertising their summer sale. Points are shown but they do not include recent stays. Surely it's not that difficult???

Actually there's a minimum amount of Euro to be eligible as eligible expenses. The amount minimum is 10 Euro before taxes. (It used to be 15 Euro for Sofitel to MGallery, and 10 Euro for other brands). Therefore, your stay was ineligible to entitle points. However, if you had incidental charges during your stay and it exceeds 5 Euros; therefore your stay will be eligible to receive points (5 Euro from bookings + 5 Euro from incidental charges).

Don't worry, I use 2,000 pts + 22.75 EUR in Novotel Madrid. As long as you have registered and your expenses exceed than 10 EUR before tax then you will be eligible to receive your points and bonus.

Here's what I got on my Le Club statements:
LCAH Feb. OFFER 2 0 3000
Points Accelerator 0 33
Novotel Madrid Puente de La Paz 1 43
