Website problems

Anyone else having difficulty with accomplishing anything on Accor.com such as promotion registration or future reservations?

None of my online requests are being completed. Is it site wide?

Sometimes I encounter weird problems on the Accor website, when using Firefox. For example the price/calendar matrix does not display, or the pull tab "find out the best rate" bugs. With Internet Explorer it seems to work better (!).

Anyone else having problems viewing their Le Club details today? When I login with my details (card number or email address) I cannot see any information related to my Le Club account in my profile. I can view my upcoming stays, but no status or points balance, or any menu items relating to Le Club.

It almost seems like my Accor profile has been "unlinked" from my Le Club account and that I can no longer access the latter as you use the same login credentials to access both.

I can't connect either. Just a computer glitch which happens (too) frequently IMO

Can't see my points today 08/02/2015

Strange, logged on today to book with points but can't see points and history.
Left an Accor property last friday 06 feb and saw my points posted yesterday 07 feb, today???

This is, sadly, a regular occurence with accor. Just give it some time and your account will return to normal. Guess they're doing maintenance - all will be well

(to mods: might be worth doing a sticky, this seems to happen every few weeks..)

if it shows wrong password (as it was for me), clearing cookies helps at least to get into the profile, but, there is no points/status info for me as well.

Things got worse I guess, can't even log in any more and requested password change, did not help neither, guess Accor has technical problem...
