I've just logged in and it's showing me someone else's details, their email, their home address, DOB, etc. Not good!

Had another surprise today: All my last as well as future bookings as well as cancelled reservations were showing with a separate line for each night. But, it did not say "1st night", "2nd night" etc., I was told "Room 1", "Room 2" etc. at least in the german version. Actually I am not planning e.g. a ten night stay in ten rooms, Accor! Currently I read "service not available" when I try to log in. So I hope that all mistakes are corrected in the meantime.

What concerns me more is that the next hotel I've booked for (2 rooms) on a prepaid rate during the private sale shows that I have a 10-room booking! Chris, should I be alarmed?
