Was this resolved for you? I'm getting this message on the website and the app when I try to book a member rate. When I log out and try to book there is no issue so It's not the room being unavaible...

I often make bookings well over a year in advance, especially when I'm booking a long stay in a suite the hotel only has one of, and will book directly with the hotel before the dates become available on the ALL website (to ensure availability). But, the booking, which looks right on the e-mail confirmation, always seems to show a price of "Free" when I check my profile on the ALL site. Magically, sometime closer to the stay, the rate eventually appears.

Too bad this isn't actually the price of the stay!
