I've not been able to access my bookings since this morning. I keep getting an error. Everything else in the app & website seem to be functioning as per normal.
Is anyone else facing this issue?

Tried making some bookings yesterday but kept getting the Oops message from them.
All OK this morning but the rates have now gone up.
The app is painfully slow
Everything digital with Accor is slow, totally unintuitive, and clunky.
There may be complaints but Hilton get their digital stuff right

Looks like the rate calendar is gone from the online browser search engine. I still see it in the app, but suspect it'll be gone too. I got a pop-up "how do you like the site" while searching and gave it bad reviews, suggest others do as well.

We use the browser to see calendar on laptop screen - but the genius from accor decided that we should only see calendar in the app thru tiny phone screen - what a terrible improvement from accor

I never receive the pin code to redeem points... well cannot change my e-mail either as it requires a pin from the old e-mail as well. Any solution? Wasn't there an accor person here in the forum or is there a phone number to call (e-mail support does not understand the problem - probably untrained AI)

The price calendar is back on the website... I just tested it by searching Accor properties in WAW and I have the the "See price calendar" link underneath each property.
What's even better is that the rate calendar now pops up as a scrollable list on the right hand side so it's really easy to skim through the dates to see which nights are cheap.
Also, as you scroll down the list of dates, the cheapest night will show a "Best price" box next to it. If you keep scrolling and a lower price appears then the best price will now show against that date instead.

I wrote to customer support again yesterday, in the hope they will report to their IT department that cancelled bookings keep showing on the same page as active bookings. I wrote in great details, gave examples and attached screenshots.
All I got was an email from Data Privacy saying they cannot delete cancelled bookings from my profile. Completely beside the point, as I wanted to report a bug in the app, not have anything deleted. The ticket has been closed as resolved already.
I give up at this point.

What a totally useless website. Migrated over to Accor's new loyalty program from the old A-Club one after years of dormancy (but they did give me a new account number) and I cannot get it to send a password reset on either Chrome or Firefox. Been erroring out for several days now on multiple browsers. Do these people want business or not?

Been trying to book a hotel all day and keep getting this when getting to the final stage of booking:
Would you like to try a new search?
If they want people to book direct they should have a functioning website.
Will try one more time then I'm giving up and using Expedia/Booking.com.

Completed a stay about a month ago, and points posted quickly. The stay added about another 10,000 points, but after a few weeks, still no additional SNUs posted. Normally, they seem to get added to my account very quickly. So, I guess it's not as automated as I thought. Anyway, contacted CS by chat, and explain the problem. A day later the SNUs are added, but, they add them with an expiry date of Dec 2026 instead of Dec 2027. Contact them by chat again, they forward to the appropriate team again, and they get adjusted. I guess just another IT glitch to watch out for, and the usual need to contact support multiple times to get something resolved.
