I wrote to customer support again yesterday, in the hope they will report to their IT department that cancelled bookings keep showing on the same page as active bookings. I wrote in great details, gave examples and attached screenshots.
All I got was an email from “Data Privacy” saying they cannot delete cancelled bookings from my profile. Completely beside the point, as I wanted to report a bug in the app, not have anything deleted. The ticket has been closed as resolved already.
I give up at this point.
