Meanwhile all four missing point claims have been resolved. However the points history still doesn't show in my account, and neither does my account status. Is anyone able to see the points history? I am trying to figure out whether this is something generic or just related to individual accounts.

I've also not been able to see my points history these past few days.
Back at the beginning of January I was briefly impressed with the way Accor had changed the member account pages to reflect the program changes. Now it becomes apparent that they still haven't managed to correct whatever fundamental problems cause various parts of their systems to simply cease functioning, often for days and sometimes weeks ("Places") on end.
Perhaps they'd be better off using Fairmont's (or even Swisstel's) IT as the basis to build a robust system upon.

This morning, having to do an urgent last minute booking in London for the night to come :
- App : was not logged in launching the app and impossible to log in
- desktop website : managed to log in successfully and could book the rates reserved for members, but during the booking process, when you confirm the booking, I had a screen asking me to log in (again) and never managed to login. So I filled all the fields (name, address, CC infos, etc) and by miracle the booking went through, at the right rate and with my membership info in.
i was sincerely about to book elsewhere as I was "mad" about the time it took me + all associated hassles.

Hi all,
IT have been alerted of the problem. There have been technical issues over the past couple of days which mean that some people have not had access to their information on the site.
The problem should now be resolved so don't hesitate to send me a message if it's still not functioning and I will look into it further.
Many thanks,
Amy

Unfortunately it still doesn't work. I logged off and on again, cleared cache, used multiple browsers but no success....

Can anyone explain why LCAH member pages call (or attempt to call) data from so many different sources? Today one page 'hung' with the message "loading data from imp2ads.linkedin.com", for example.
