Once you've selected your choose card type press "Validate" or "Valider" and that takes you to a new page where you can enter your card details. Seems only to effect bookings using a particular type of payment processing system.
Confused me also first time I came across this page.

Dose anybody else use Quidco with Accor?
Since the changes to the website were made earlier this week, whenever I click on a rate, the browser tab is closed. This happens on both Chrome and Safari.
Clicking on the rate is what brings up the new functionality, so I guess it's something to do with that.
It seems to be OK if I don't go through Quidco.

Using Safari for a dummy booking for Mercure Firenze after selecting the payment card type and selecting "Validate" it took me to the screenshot below which is what you should see if it is working correctly. It is similar to what I have previously seen and used successfully for some hotels which have migrated to the new website booking design. Mercure Firense offers a Amex pay option also, when I have seen this previously like cocoleolol Amex hasn't been a offered payment option.

The new website is a woeful piece of ... rubbish. I've been trying for the last hour to make a booking via TCB and every time I get to the payment bit it either says that the payment details are missing or that a booking is currently in process. I haven't had any confirmation emails and trying the Accor helpline just gets me put on hold for the privilege of paying 13p per minute. Plus I can't pay with Amex anymore.
Not impressed. If it doesn't improve soon, I'll be switching my business elsewhere.

Wow, the new website is really poor. Almost as if we are the function testers. I am trying to organise three trips to Asia, where people say Accor service is excellent. I cannot on the new site. Yet more business to Hilton.

Yesterday nothing worked, and today the rate I wanted to book increased by 25 %...

When trying to book it doesn't register my status and am not able to use points. Even tough I am logged in and have over 3000 points.

Just got a very disappointing response to my complaint via the Accor website:
Fat lot of good this is. I'd hoped to get some sense of when the fix would be in place by but this suggests something very serious has gone wrong.
