Today is a mix of both for me.
I CAN log on using email address and password. I am recognised as such, can access my account (where the 10,000 points are still missing).
BUT, when I try to look for a hotel using the search engine, I have a message in red saying "Votre identification n'est pas valide; merci de renouveler votre saisie ou contacter votre commercial (invalid ID, try again or contact your sales rep)"
Hehe.... I can log on but my identification is not correct.
This is starting to be quite irritating.
TIP : For those of you who have the same issue, there is a way around this identification problem when looking for a hotel.
You must look for the hotel WITHOUT being logged on. Once you have chosen your hotel and elected the room type and price, you are prompted to log on in case you are LCAH member.
If you do so, you will not (not in my case at least) have this ID error message. Your details (name etc) will be entered into the booking without you having to type them.
Beware though : once at the hotel, double with check in staff as in my case one hotel did not have my LCAH number and in the other, I was identified as Gold when I am Plat...
Sill, it save typing our names, address etc...

Goldorak It was down when you were asleep I think.
I vented a bit on twitter to @accorhotels that they should at least inform people of the website being down. I got the reply that they normally state that on the website. (Which is absolute bullcrap as I have never seen that posted before).
I replied that, and also told them that they ought to inform on social media too. Got a "we will inform the respective department..." response.
Nevertheless, Accorconcierge Amy, could this be highlighted maybe at your side? (wouldn't be surprised if you saw my tweet
)
