Not a website issue, probably a browser issue.

When I want to book the special offer new hotels 4x points (on my HP Spectre laptop), "State", "City", "Hotel" menu parts appear first but disappear immediately when the page is fully built up. Both in Microsoft Edge and IE. When I put the site to compatibility mode the menu remains visible but is inactive, I cannot use it. On my cheap Medion laptop it works. I know it has nothing to do with the hardware nor probably the website. Have not found out yet what security options maybe to put off to solve the problem.

Anyone knows?

Login problem is back (at least for me ...). Same as usual: incorrect username and password ...

Logins intermittent, also finding points not posting despite booking being made via Accor website! Hotel confirmed they posted points OK but Accor central still wanted copy of invoice (for stay prepaid via the main Accor website!) before crediting points - bonkers useless IT!

Login seems to work again

There seems to be some new features on Accor.com :
You can now access your favorite hotels, your current offer and your rewards directly from your account

Don't know what's now going on but I get this error message when I try to book something: "Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details." And I'm succesfully logged in and able to see my profile, status, points etc as normal. :/

Hello wkndtraveler,

If the issues persists the best thing to do is to contact customer services so they can look into your account, it shouldn't take long! I am not aware of an issues on the site, it may just have been a temporary bug.

Got the same problem again now that I turned platinum. When I turned Gold, had the same problem and contacted customer services - nothing happened in weeks. The Accor facebook team finally got it sorted.

Now contacted the facebook team directly, they at least respond to the messages. Hope this gets sorted faster than last time.
