I haven't been able to see my points history for the last few days. It's as though that part of my account has just disappeared. Has anybody else experienced this?

I tweeted them and they gave me a generic message.

"We apologize for the inconveniences you may have encountered due to this technical issue. (1)
AccorHotels
Please know that our system is currently undergoing an update, nonetheless, it will be resolved shortly. Thank you for your understanding(2)"

I suppose I will wait a little bit and then get back to them.

Came here to check, seeing same (we cannot find any activity on your a/c for the last 12mo)

Loyalty card tab missing entirely from left hand menu when logged on - I would guess given this has taken days that Accor have managed to either have their system compromised or have broken something pretty major, whilst theirs is the lousiest site by some distance it hasn't been out of action for this long for a good while...

Future bookings all intact it would appear

Still getting the "Your identification is not valid ; please check and re-enter your details." error - been going on for a month now. Now even the app has a pop-up with the message. Still no response from Accor support.

They don't seem too bothered about this.

I just experienced the same bug. The confirmation received by e-mail is correct. Let's hope now that the actual charge on my cc will be correct also.

Can't reserve using points

Well, they might have (at last) solved the 10,000 points promotion registration problem, but in trying to book two hotels in Australia which I had checked out yesterday, I now find:
Neither will allow use of points (they did yesterday), whatever room type or rate I select, and one of them now only has one type of room displayed (not the one I want) and only one unrestricted rate (ie not payable in advance) is offered, as opposed to about six yesterday

What's the point of a promotion if you can't book? In addition, of course, I actually had booked a hotel a couple of days before I found out about the promotion, so that won't be included as one of my three stays.

Why do they always have so many problems on this website?

During my booking searches, the box for "loyalty accepted" is checked by default. It is the ONLY box checked off during my search.

For Montreal, as an example, 3 properties come up, but the Downtown Novotel is marked as "1 hotel partially matches your search criteria.
Please see below for the hotel available on the requested dates for this destination."

Still, the Downtown Novotel says that it participates in Le Club Accorhotels.

Confusing. Assuming/hoping it's a glitch and not a harbinger of my having trouble getting my points credited.

EDITED TO ADD: After several more attempts I was able to make the booking by first changing my country of residence (to something other than the USA), then re-selecting USA. At that point a field for "state" appeared, highlighted in red. Selecting my state of residence allowed me to proceed. With luck this will help one or two people until such time as Accor fixes the glitch.
Thank you for this! The glitch is still there as of today, and I never would have figured it out on my own. Even tried Expedia, and got an error message there, too. They need to read this!

Always infuriates me when sometimes i can book a room using points for $150 and at the same time can't book a room using points for $150 in another hotel !!!

nice offer from Accor - room type "All-you-can-eat breakfast buffet" while one of extras is: "Breakfast not included" and you can pay for breakfast on next page.

Week and a bit ago, and still nothing showing in my account...

I just want to burn my points and ditch the whole organisation at this point, this is the only chain I ever have to chase points with, the website never works and now this. I actually miss IHG's IT at this point...
