Still not showing points history

Since yesterday the website doesn't show my status info nor my points history. I tried several browsers, but no luck. That's annoying because I am waiting for the outcome of several missing points claims.

As of 11.30am SGT, "My Account" page is (still) not showing my points history but not really an issue for me. I'm sure Accor IT will fix this ... eventually
