I've also not been able to see my points history these past few days.
Back at the beginning of January I was briefly impressed with the way Accor had changed the member account pages to reflect the program changes. Now it becomes apparent that they still haven't managed to correct whatever fundamental problems cause various parts of their systems to simply cease functioning, often for days and sometimes weeks ("Places") on end.
Perhaps they'd be better off using Fairmont's (or even Swissôtel's) IT as the basis to build a robust system upon.
