I got the same. Yesterday my reservation showed Bedroom 1,Bedroom 2 .. Bedroom 5, now the reservation and history option is hidden, not available from user profile. They are probably working on fixing the system. I hope it was the internal IT issue and nothing was leaked.

same for me. But I've been able to make a reservation with all my credentials. No bugs during the process.

It seems the website still has problems ? When I log in I can't access my points history ?
I already regret having renewed my Accor Le Club card once more. After 11 years of loyal (paying) membership (of Accor Favorite Guest, A-Club and now Le Club) I really feel it's not worth it anymore.
The booking service has not improved, loyalty status and membership number are not passed to the hotel automatically, and now it is impossible to find my points history on the membership website, making it impossible to track if points have indeed been credited as promised.
Moreover the mid-scale hotels don't seem to offer any loyalty andvantages anymore: on various occasions the price quoted was exactly the same for me as a paying Le CLub member and for friends using the free membership loyalty card when booking Novotel.
Moreover Novotels in the UK don't offer a welcome drink or a free upgrade to executive rooms anymore even if the rooms are available. This begs the question: what's the point to pay EUR170 for the loyalty card if all the benefits from the past (better prices, welcome drinks, free upgrades) have been stripped for Novotel customers and half of the chain's desk staff is unaware of the different cards (paying/free).

old a-club link down. Log-in possible via accor, but no list of recent credits
Since I could no longer find the site via the old a-club link stored under my favourites logged in via accor site without problem. But I can only see my total points, not a list of the individual credits for recent stays.

They just hide the three tabs section. I think they do this because there is a bug after the recent "downtime". A couple a days ago all my reservations look weird: a one room two night reservation is displayed as a two rooms two nights while a two rooms two night reservation is displayed as four rooms for two nights. If I click on the View buttons, they display as normal though.

Hmm the problem still persists. For a company of Accor's stature this is really dodgy.
Accor Concierge, any update when normal service might resume?

Hi Everyone,
Accor sincerely apologizes for the trouble the website problems have been causing for you and other customers. The company is very aware of the issue and is working to resolve it immediately. For the moment I cannot say exactly when the site will be back up and running perfectly.
Once I have more information, I will get back to you.
Thank you for your understanding and patience.
Best,
Chris

Can I ask a question, from an end users perspective three tabs are missing:
Upcoming stays/bookings,
Previous stays,
Points statement.
Obviously the tabs themselves are NOT the problem, it is the system behind it. Are all three bits causing problems?
Basically what I am saying is, could you possibly bring back a couple of them that do work, and just disable the ones causing problems. [I'd assume the points statement uses a totally different bit of the system from the bookings system.]
