Just loaded a pack and immediately drained it to Serve. Didn't need an email verification though.

That's it for me. My risk tolerance has been exceeded with RLit.
I think you are playing with fire if you continue with them.

I think a good point was brought up earlier. You never get emails from this company and they don't really care if they have your email address or any other way of contacting you.

I was able to phone in today and have them transfer money from my safe to a pre-paid debit card. It doesn't have to be a card associated with the particular safe in which the funds reside, but it does need to be either a T-Mobile or a Pay Power card. In my case, my Pay Power card was actually associated with a different safe account.

The only proviso here is that phone transfers are handled by the "Level 2" people, who are the same people who work the "Risk Department." I got a firm talking to about my Pay Power use history, but ultimately the person I spoke with let me off with a warning and told me he would process the load. He even called me back later to tell me it was done. Nonetheless, I will be draining ASAP and cancelling the card as I ween myself away from RLs. I still have access to two of my safe accounts and I will be using those to max out Serve starting Wednesday, but after that me and RL are kaput.

I am stuck with 4 ReloadIT Safe pack. I called the customer service and they told me they can process the Refund and it will take 30 days to complete. Should I ask for the refund or wait for sometime to see if this issue will be resolved. Please advice.

That's a personal decision, but note that they are saying 30 BUSINESS days, which is really 6 weeks.

I am starting to buy the fact that something is up (no one could have a website spontaneously "break" this bad), but can't quite reconcile that this is going on while at the same time CRs are telling callers the system will be back up while at the same time stores continue to sell RLs.

How many RL can you load onto the safe per 24 hrs? Is it 1K max? Also how much max can you load from the safe to Tmobile per 24 hrs? Thanks.

I agree. This site problem has been an Iissue for a week now. And they cannot fix it? But yet they keep selling Reloadit cards knowing that they can not be redeemed. Very strange. When I called today they told me to buy a Paypower, Tmobile or Meijer prepaid card. And then they (reloadit) told me they would manually load the funds from my safe onto it. But the catch was it would take three buisness days to go through. All three of those cards are owned and operated by Blackhawk Network. Which also operates Reloadit. I asked for itnto be done through my Serve or Netspend card and they couldnt do it. I believe the safe may be back to normal in three days. And they are using this to have people go out and buy their products. Hence the "three days". This whole situation is odd. I just want to drain my safes and I am done with them.

$1K max per 24 hours per safe account. I do not believe there is a limit trans. Safe to TM card

In my experience it has been $1K load safe-to-debit per 24 hours as well. The odd thing is, the safe load does not seem to count against the debit load, but a debit load counts against the safe load. In other words, no problem loading the safe and then immediately loading your debit card, and repeating every 24 hours. However, if you load the safe and then wait to load the debit card, you will need to wait 24 hours from the debit load before you can load the safe again.

Really? I received it for my last load of the month yesterday. It it was gone, then there's really no point for me to continue using reloadit packs.

Interesting Phenomenon Observed

I just checked the safe today to see if any progress on the "problem" has been made and observed some interesting behavior. From my laptop, trying to even get to www.reloadit.com using Chrome or Internet Explorer failed, returning an error and the landing page doesn't even load (didn't matter that it was incognito/private mode or not). Firefox loads fine-- though the non-arriving verification email still seems to be the order of the day.

If you ever had a problem with the website and called in, the CSRs would work through their script and they would tell you that you needed to use Firefox. I always said I did in order to not give them something to blame for the "technical difficulties," but I would routinely use Chrome, Safari and IE. I am wondering if this is somehow part of the change that is going on. Does anyone know enough about different browser behavior to point out why limiting to Firefox may be preferable from Blackhawk's side?

I loaded 1k last night and dont see the promotional load today. But the 1K i loaded a few days ago posted promotional loads the next day on the 26th. Im hoping there is just a glitch or a delay with all the problems reloadit dafe has been having. If it is gone then its just started the last couple days.

Please excuse me if I'm restating what's already been stated, but that's the way it is with the volume of posts on flyertalk. I had been loading Reloadits to Tmobile, but my source for RL dried up. I found one this past weekend so I had to set up a safe.

I wasn't able to set up a safe because they never sent the email to validate the account. finally I reached someone and was told that the system has been down since at least friday. they called it a system upgrade - I called it a crash - he didn't argue with that.

I wrote more about it on my blog - I get scolded if I post my own link in flyertalk text, so just go to the link below if you're interested or can add anything.

thanks.

Well, I'll be. Just tried this myself. Only browser that will let me to their site is Firefox. The strangeness continues. And get this. Today I got a new excuse. They have had a server fire. Uh huh. Their servers burt down but magically the only thing affected was the ability to send out verification emails. Smh.

They upgraded the encryption on their website to TLS 1.2.

If you are using IE, there are check boxes on the Advanced tab to allow TLS 1.1 and 1.2. Check those and you should be good to go (should be similar for Chrome, etc)
