I had this doing second serve load, tried again and it went through. Also check the account you were trying to load to make sure it didn't go through

What FDIC institution code (or whatever it is called) did you use? I do not think that Blackhawk is regulated by the FDIC (could be wrong, though).

From an FDIC response: " This letter is in response to your correspondence dated XX/XX/XX, concerning the T-Mobile prepaid card(Blackhawk Network is the program manager) issued by The Bancorp Bank (bank). ............"

So, this seems like the right thread for the t-mobile prepaid card. Any advice on how I can maximize this?
Here's my case:
1) Local... sell ReloadIt packs and are purchasable via credit card.
2) Buying the pack requires an employee to enter the amount and approve the payment. So far, I've tried three ... and not run into an issue with this. It seems pretty routine from their end, so no major eyebrows raised (although I wish I had a way to do it without interacting with anyone).
3) I am currently buying one pack at a time with $450 on the card. I've heard that over $500 requires a manager approval, so I am deliberately staying under. I am also buying one card at a time because when I did attempt to buy two cards, Chase threw a fraud alert and stopped the transaction... that caused more attention than I wanted.
4) After purchase, load to reloadit immediately via mobile phone.
5) After 2.5ish hours, load to Tmo
6) Pay self.
7) Profit and Repeat.
Any advice on how to speed up this cycle? So far I've churned $2k over a month and a half (the ... that has the packs is a little inconvenient) with a safe but steady approach, but I think I want to step it up a notch.
